Friendly reception staff and smooth process of checking in. Room was spacious and had a good view. Walkable distance to town centre. Breakfast spread was great as well! Would return in the future!

The location is good, though a little bit far away from BATH Spa Railway station if you are walking. If the weather is good and sunny, it is OK to enjoy the scenes.

The room was spacious and in excellent condition.
The staff were all friendly and made sure our stay was remarkable and we will definitely be staying here again.

중심지까지 도보로 5분 이동 가능. 방깨끗하고 넓음. 1층 계단바로 앞 차이니즈방에 머물렀는데.. 방은 크고 좋지만, 밖에 소음이 다들림. 주차장뷰는 그닥 신경안썼는데, 샤워화장실이 주차장에서 보면 실루엣이 보임. 방 옮기기 귀찮아서 큰 수건 달라고 해서 창문 가림. 이부분은 개선해야할 듯. 그리고, 주차비 10파운드... 비수기에는 안받았음 좋겠음.

此行共定三間房，房間實際佈置設施比較老舊，沒有圖片漂亮屬於家庭旅館型。但這不是最糟糕的，最糟糕的是服務態度傲慢，處理問題不近人情。該酒店制定的退房時間異於尋常，必須在上午10點半前離開，我們由於行程耽擱於第二天凌晨12點多才到達酒店，沒能早起，早餐收拾行李後於11點10在前台退房，超時40分鐘被硬性要求收取超時費60英鎊，前台人員對於我們的溝通訴求完全不理睬，全程非常冷漠衹有一句話：這是規定必須付費。作為服務行業把自己當法律法規了嗎？客人為本的服務理念盪然無存。出差旅行國內國外住過所有酒店沒有一家會這麼蠻不講理如此苛刻，服務人員大多頂着一張**臉，愛理不理，衹有早餐廚師一位菲律賓籍女士禮貌親切，服務周到。總之如果不想花錢找罪受的話，強烈建議避雷此酒店，畢竟作為旅遊城市的巴斯有很多酒店可以選擇

Staff very helpful.Lovely size room & nice comfy bed. Breakfast was very nice. Handy place to stay for visiting Bath city centre, only a short walk to centre of Bath.

Staff at reception were very helpful and welcoming and polite
We had Zen room which was very clean and comfortable
Car park at site was a bit tight but we could find a parking lot and we were happy during our stay

Great location within easy walking distance of the city center and the canal. Comfortable room (Bamboo), large and airy with a bath and shower. Nice and quiet, slept well every night. Lovely breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

A superb location, clean and vibrant rooms and excellent bathrooms and the entire staff were outstanding. Finally, I had one of the finest cooked breakfasts I have ever had. Top notch throughout

The bed was making noise couldn’t sleep, little old bed it was.
It is little far from city centre
No places around
They use 5 stars beneath there logo don’t get confuse it’s not a five star property

Hotel was as advertised. Accommodation was good and breakfast was very good. I was able to park car but was not aware of car parking charge until checking out.

The place is all you need for a safe, convenient stay with warmly welcoming staffs. They have a mini bar and good parking space. Would visit again!

The friendliest and most helpful staff you could want. Very clean and comfortable room with lots of character. Breakfast was excellent.

The receptionist were so helpful and friendly
Breakfast were so good and delicious, enough variety.
The room are large and comfortable. Amenity all good
Only thing is the hotel room and lobby required renovation. Toilet were clean but the bath screen was not adjustable, some minor cracks/ hairlines on the walls here there. The lobby was waiting for painting work.
