Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The rooms were musty from mold. Bathroom showers were loaded with mold. It was disgusting. Switched to other rooms and they had mold. 4 out of 4 rooms had mold.
No discount applied due to inconvenience and mold issues.

STAY AWAY!!! The worst stay EVER!! HB Hotels Sequoia Alphaville SP, HB Hotel Sequoia, Anora Spaces, Anora Spaces Sequoia Alphaville, or whichever name try to rebrand themselves as. Apparently, some rooms are individually owned at this Hotel and unbeknownst to me. The room was COLD (10 Celsius/ 50 degrees F) heat did not work in the room and I also couldn't not get fresh towels in the morning. The front desk didnt even care to even honor my request with towels nor warmth being I had a 3 year old child! Their response was I have to deal with the owner of the room? What the hell is going on here??? I would highly advise anyone to stay far away from and save yourself the headache from HB Sequoia, or Anora Spaces Sequoia Alphaville which even name they try to rebrand themselves as. We were there for a couple weeks and truly enjoyed our time. The rooms are spacious, with a separated bedroom (which was really nice for us as we travel with our baby). There is heated pool, which provided a lot of fun for our daughter, besides a playground on the rooftop area. The location was excellent and the staff really helpful and friendly.

The room hotel needs some maintenance and /or renovation. The curtains were damaged, the floor has damaged parts, furniture is worn.

Bed was terrible/cheap box spring/not comfortable. Bed comforter was too thin. No central air and the room was freezing (late July 2021). Hotel did provide a portable heater, but it didn't help much. Certain areas of the floor in bedroom and 'living' room were "pitted/damaged." Hotel staff was great/friendly/professional, including with deliveries to the room. Published photos make the rooms look better than the reality. We probably wouldn't stay there again.

O ar condicionado do meu quarto (1006) estava em condições ruins e não funcionou. Ao ligar para a recepção o funcionário foi até ao quarto e verificou que poderia ser falta de gás. Solicitei a troca de quarto, mas não havia disponível devido a lotação. O atendente levou um ventilador , porém não pude utilizar por ser alérgica. |Give que dormir sem ar e com calor. As cortinas precisam ser higienizadas

Gostamos demais do tamanho do quarto, da sala, do banheiro, estadia muito boa, cozinha completa, fizemos um jantar muito gostoso, tv com vários canais, o hotel é para moradia também, localizado no coração do Alphaville Barueri, ao lado do Pão de Açúcar
