I love the hotel is unique and beautiful. The pool is amazing. I would like the hotel add in their rooms, tissues & body mirror. And it will be nice receive complementary bottle water every day.

People is very friendly and make the best effort for our comfort! The hotel is nice, the rooms in the executive tower are spacious, bathroom is old, very old, and small. Definetely the employees make a difference

Our carnaval tickets disappeared from my bag which was in the room. No one took responsability . No apologies . Nothing offered . As if nothing happened . The first day the concierge saw that I had carnaval tickets in double ( the other ones were to our friends and she even commented that we have the most expensive ones . And next afternoon our tickets had disappeared … the same ones that the concierge saw ….)
. The shower’s water is not hot it is lukewarm let’s say . For 3 people there is only one tiny complimentary bottle of water. No coffee machine nor tea or water boiler . But the worst was the robbery that no one took responsability . And we are talking about 300$ value tickets …

How can you place a room directly above a reception hall where parties are going on until four in the morning, I was literally sleeping with Bad Bunny by my side. The property should’ve at least warned me of this issue. Instead, it was impossible to sleep and I could assure you I have a rock solid sleep, clearly this is not something new for this property, and they should address it in a polite manner. Leaving a guest to injure such loud and rumbling music is simply insulting to say the least.

The architecture and overall ambiance. The staff are friendly, but some services are slow considering that there are plenty of hands on deck.
There are a few esthetic/functional problems in the bathroom (i.e., safety handle was broken, the faucet was crooked), and no tissue box.

Love their hospitality and service. Our room was great except the bathroom's shower area is very slippery when wet and with soap. There are no rubber grooves or mat on thee shower floor; I almost slipped and fell!!! Please do something about those shower floors without a anti-slip protection. It's dangerous and the hotel can be sued...
