Great stay, ignore all current reviews. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Great location easy to access only 40 mins to central London. 20 mins from the 02, only 13 pound ins Uber. Great location for the 02.

Was a good stay at Barking. The service from the reception staff was really friendly and they went out of their way to always help with any questions we had. The room was very clean and good size. The hotel really cares about their guests and i have no complaints at all. Will return soon again.

No overnight parking facility is a negative for this hotel. Courteous reception staff. Convenient location with tube station at a walking distance and decent food joints nearby. Accommodation is reasonable for the price you pay.

Lira is such a lovely lady! She welcomed me warmly and graciously accommodated my early check-in request, which was originally scheduled for 3 o'clock but she managed to arrange it for 2:30. I'm very grateful for her kindness. She's truly a sweet and wonderful person.

Very good stay. Checked in with my family and we really dont have anytging bad to say. The hotel was clean, rooms cleaned well and the lovely reception team always helping. They have me and my family all the information that we needed to make it a good stay.

I was down for work locally and had such a nice stay. Really clean, comfortable, basic but great value. The staff were lovely - Iza has been on reception every evening this week and has been really attentive and checked that I have everything I need. Will definitely be staying again! I also really appreciate that unlike most hotels in London I can open the window to let some fresh air into the room.

Great clean hotel, corridors smelt so nice. Reception staff always making sure it looks and smelt good. Came with my friend only for one night we booked last minute. We really was not dissappointed. They dont have a bar cafe but there are so many shops around which is so helpful. Really loved this hotel, great job to managment and staff.
