I had a massage in the hotel "spa" (massage room), the worst in my life. I suspect common vegetable oil was used as my expensive shirt is permanently stained and ruined. I needed to put it back on to find my wife for the room keys. It took a 30 min shower to get the goop off. She had mixed exfoliating pumice stuff into oil at the end. The metal spring device she tried to use to massage my scalp I had seen at some tourist stores gave "chills" and was unbearable. Other devices were rubbed on my back. The foot massage portion hurt. Clearly NOT a professionally trained person. Juice/milk drink and tomato soup consumed by 3 out of 4 of us. Us 3 became violently ill. Only concession was they gave us a 6:00 pm check out as we rested recovered after horrible night of little sleep. Two in group were Colombians and used to local food.... Dusty ceiling fans in rooms threw off dust when turned up for hot day.

Beautiful hotel with great service. Views are fantastic, pool is very nice, restaurant is also very good. Within walking distance of many historical sites. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Viví la experiencia más maravillosa, incluso estoy cuadrando con mi esposo para volver este o el siguiente mes, porque es absolutamente colonial, hasta sus lavamanos están en total sintonía con Barichara, es tranquilo, sus senderos son hermosos, a la piscina le da buen sol y también está perfecta para los que tengan niños y ni hablemos de la comida, es riquísima tienen que probar el sándwich de pollo es delicioso y tiene una área social en la que pudimos disfrutar de la fiesta de boda de una amiga y el lugar es increíble.

Nos decepcionó. Llegamos con otras expectativas, y nos encontramos con un hotel en el que las habitaciones son muy muy pequeñas. Pedimos toallas para la piscina, y aunque éramos cuatro personas, nos dieron dos con el extraño argumento que no había agua. Había un perro dentro de la piscina, lo que me parece higiénico sobre todo en una piscina donde hay tantos niños. A propósito, la piscina de niños no funciona. Las sillas de la piscina están en mal estado. Lo mejor del hotel es la atención del personal del restaurante.

Les chambres sont sympas mais il y a du bruit à l'hotel qui accueille de nombreux sud américains. L'hotel est doté d'une piscine et d'une salle de restaurant . Il peut être servi un petit déjeuner typique.

Un lindo hotel con personal muy amable y un restaurante con amplia disponibilidad horaria y rica comida. Pachuca, sauna y turco están incluidos en la tarifa por lo que parte del spa está incluído. Habitaciones cómodas que podrían ser más amplias pero con todo lo necesario para descansar. El late checkout hasta las 7pm sin costo adicional es un gran punto a favor.

Muy lindo lugar se pueden tomar fotos magicas, la Piña colada es un exito. Las sillas de la piscina muy comodas, sale mucha agua en la ducha agua fria y caliente, puede hacer algo de calor en la habitacion el ventilador suave. Lo unico que no me gusto casi fue el SPA muy basico y el masaje normal.

El Hotel es muy bonito, l a construcción nueva pero de arquitectura colonial, la comida es muy rica, las habitaciones son cómodas y se duerme muy bien, pueden ser un poco oscuras. Está en el pueblo pero no en zona muy transitada. Lo mejor del hotel es la atención de parte de todo el equipo, son muy amables, siempre con una sonrisa. Muy recomendado el servicio de masajes.

Muy buen Hotel. El lavamanos es espectacular. Buen desayuno y buen servicio. Cama muy buena. El espacio general de la habitación se podría mejorar pero fue una muy buena experiencia.
