Vị trí rất thuận tiện ở trung tâm thành phố và có tất cả tiện nghi so với giá cả, nhưng cảm giác không được sạch sẽ cho lắm.

Tiện lợi, giá cả phải chăng và hợp vệ sinh.

I wasn't let it by a terribly rude Latin American lady. They only paid the basic rate back, but not the tourist tax. I have residence here. I think they want the Guardia Urbana and the Mossos d'Esquardia at the door. If I don't get my money back by tomorrow, I'll come to the door and call both the Mossos d'Esquadra and Guardia Civil. I am resident of Spain and hate corruption and falsity. Avoid this horrible place.

I’ve only given this place 1 star so I am able to share my groups awful experience with this place which claims to be welcoming accommodation. We were asked to leave at 9am after only 1 night of our 4 nights stay due to us being accused of breaking rules which we had not as when we arrived we asked to go over all the rules which were very clear and we followed. We did not argue when asked to leave we just wanted answers & clarity from the staff at the front desk who were very hostile with us and completely unprofessional and unhelpful It felt like a robbery by this place they got us to pay for our full stay and kicked us out after the first night with no sort of compensation or answers. Out of all the places I’ve stayed on a budget this by far ranks the worst by a fair margin. All we were offered was an email to make a complaint to, I’m yet to hear back and would be surprised if I did given the amount of care and consideration by this hostel. Please find a list below of all actions we found unacceptable. 1. The front desk had cleared out one of our beds of the belongings and denied it until handing over the belongings after 30min of discussions. 2. As they gave away one our beds we had to share a bed for the one night they gave us which I find completely unacceptable as we paid for a stay and we had to share a bed. 3. The amount of blatant lying by the staff at the front desk was shocking, no one would look us in the eye. It was always the managers the decision but the manager was nowhere to be found. 4. Refusal of refund. As a group of young travelers trying to save every penny we were left with the loss of significant funds and left trying to find a hostel on ridiculously short notice. In conclusion I would stay far away from this hostel as it’s not worth it. We had read some of the negative reviews prior and thought I’m sure it will be fine no they were completely correct. In future I will be paying that little bit extra for a reliable hostel. I would love to hear from the hostel to get their take on this but I fear they will reply with that ‘’We’re really sad to hear about your experience with us please tell us how we could improve.’’ From what we experienced face to face they do not care for you or your safety.

Given how cheap this place is, I can't complain too much as it's in a good location for exploring Barcelona. However the dorm we were in had no curtains around the bunks as per the photos so there was no privacy. Also my bunk didn't have a socket near it and there weren't enough sockets in the room to charge your phone. There were only 3 working lockers in a dorm of 8, luckily I was able to share a locker with my friend. The room was unbearably hot and stuffy (bearing in mind we travelled in January) and the bright lights from each bunk (and no curtain) made sleep virtually impossible. Even though we were out exploring all day, I'd rather pay a little more to get guaranteed sleep.

Worst hostel experience - not worth the central location!! Thinking this would be perfect location, I booked. What a mistake! The dorm is a freezer, the beds are super creaky, the lights come on automatically, I slept 1 night out of 5 here - I have never had so many sleepless nights in a row. People are not friendly - no smiling - no social activities organised - awful for solo travellers! The staff are pretty unhelpful and it’s just generally a very uncomfortable experience. Would highly not recommend if you wish to sleep and meet nice people.

The worst experience of my life in a hostel, I felt very unsafe, the whole place looks more like a dormitory than a place for backpackers and tourists. Someone started screaming in the middle of the night claiming they stole his phone while he was asleep and the staff was very unhelpful explaining he should have watched his stuff better. The AC was so strong I has to go and buy myself a blanket in the middle of July. You cannot really work in the common areas as there are no plugs in the terrace and there are just a few in the in front of the reception. Definitely not recommended for female solo travelers. I ended up transferring to another place after two nights because I couldn't stand it anymore

Great hostel! I stayed two nights and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were kind. The hostel was clean. They offer nice free walking tours so you can get to know Barcelona with a local guide. Would definitely recommend that hostel to a friend

Durante la notte mi sono venuti a svegliare poco delicatamente perché avevano sbagliato ad inserire il mio nominativo nel letto in cui ero e risultava libero per qualcun altro che era appena arrivato nella notte. Mancanza di professionalità. inoltre il giorno del mio arrivo mi hanno assegnato un letto che era occupato e a caso me ne hanno dato un altro che risultava essere libero il giorno successivo. Mancanza di organizzazione. Educación 0, no me dejaron quedarme en el livin durante la noche en cuanto no podía dormirme y no quise quedarme en mi cuarto. Me despertaron durante la noche para nada delicatamente porque no registraron que la cama en la que estaba era ocupada y había llegado un chico que necesitaba esa cama. Cuando llegué pasó lo mismo con otra cama. Profesionalidad 0. They woke me up during the night, kindness 0 shaking me for 15 min cause I wasn't waking up just because they didn't register that the bed I was in was occupied and there was a guy waiting for that bed at the check in. The same thing happened when I checked in with another bed that was supposed to be mine.They remove all my belongings from my bed because they had to clean it even though I had a second night there. I wanted to stay in the living during the night but they didn't let me. Never happened with other hostels.

Hostal situado en uno de los mejores barrios de barcelona, cerca de todo para poder visitar monumentos y lugares de interes. El personal siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites. Compartir habitacion siempre es un reto, pero mantienen todas las estancias muy limpias y es agradable para dormir.
