Nhân viên rất hữu ích và tốt bụng. Anh ấy gợi ý cho tôi tiệm giặt là tự phục vụ rẻ hơn gần khách sạn. Phòng sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Vị trí rất tốt, chỉ cách khách sạn và các điểm tham quan vài phút đi bộ. Tuy nhiên, nguồn cung cấp nước (vòi sen) khá yếu. Có lẽ tôi sống ở tầng 7.

TV controller not working well, the blind for the toilet doesn’t work. The hotel should look into the maintenance of these. Water pressure very weak, bad sound proofing. Hotel quite near to quiet area but can hear people talking quite loudly so if you are a light sleeper like me think it won’t be a good option for this hotel furthermore I find the price that I paid is not worth. The staff are nice and helpful though.

The Soho was everything we needed in a room. A TV, huge bed, a fridge, shampoo conditioner and body wash, enough space for 2/3 people to comfortably get ready and a lounging pool on the roof- even if it is a sun trap up there! Our room was cleaned daily which was lovely to come back to. The AC was consistent and easy to navigate. I think the thing that makes this hotel stand out the most other than its modern stylish twist is its staff on the front desk, they were helpful kind and friendly. Thank you so much!

All is good except the soundproofing, external noises are clearly audible.

If I could give this 6 stars for location and customer service I would. You cannot beat where this hotel is. And we love the staff. We just spent the weekend in Barcelona after having not visited for 6 months and the front desk guy remembered us! Such a great time there.

Very good place to take a rest or working.

We would like to thank Alessio who helped us at the check-in. We arrived at the hotel quite early due to the cruise disembarkment time. He was very welcoming and kind enough to get us the first room so we could put in out luggage first. He also provided us important information to navigate around that area. His customer service was excellent. In terms of the hotel, our rooms got upgraded so the rooms were definitely better than what we expected. Clean, spacious, with a couch. What we loved the most is the rain shower, water pressure was so strong and the amenities smelled so relaxing. We didn't get a chance to visit the pool. However, we were impressed with the breakfast. This hotel is the hidden gem, we will definitely come back again

Everything at this hotel was perfect except sewage. Just sewage so, if you know the way to deal with it, this hotel is just perfect for everything.

Great location, close to a metro station. Everything was excellent except for the very low shower pressure. :( We had requested a room without a bathtub, but were informed that most rooms come with one and unfortunately, none without were available during our stay.

Very well located hotel. Easy access to metro. Rooms are nice and cosy. I would suggest just more lights in the corridors as it is too dark. 1 min walking to Escriba pastry shop. A must see in BCN , especially for the world famous Patricia Schmidt decorated cakes masterpieces.

Bad water pressure. Very dim in the room

Nice hotel, have stayed here a couple of times. Good neighbourhood, close to the metro and the airport bus. The rooms are big and clean. Small fridge and kettle. The beds are a little bit on the hard side. But overall very good hotel with friendly staff. A pool on the top floor. The breakfast has good options with some hot food, bread, cold cuts, yoghurt.

Very nice hotel. We also liked the location. We will return.

Nice location, subway just a few steps away, breakfast is good.
