Our team takes great pride in providing a comfortable room experience, and we appreciate your recognition of our efforts.However, we apologize for the inconvenience regarding the limited water supply in your suite which it shouln't have happened. Each day, during summer, new recycled bottles of water are brought to the room when the room service is done. As you specified, within the room there are other services that is provided for the comfort of the guest such as the minimar products.We always strive to ensure that our guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay, and your feedback is valuable in helping us improve.We hope we will have the opportunity to see you again in the future.
