친절한 직원은 좋았지만 벨벳의 침구는 최악이다. 먼지 때문에 계속 기침을 했고 추웠는데 난방이 잘 안되었다.

Хороший отель для проживания в течении нескольких дней. Чисто, уборка номера ежедневно, великолепное расположение в готическом квартале, рядом метро, рестораны, кафе, бары. Сейф в номере. Не очень повезло, что окно выходило во внутренний двор, по сути на стену другого здания. Можно сказать номер был без окна. Жаль, что в отеле уровня 3* в номере нет электрического чайника и минихолодильника. Нет розетки рядом с кроватью. В остальном все хорошо. Завтрак стандартный.

The hotel is very conveniently situated only a few steps from the Rambla and in the gothic quarters. The room was nice and clean, but looking a bit dated and some of the furniture including the bedhead was peeling. The floor tiles had grout missing from them and the bath had rust on it. The breakfast provided by the hotel was good, a reasonable selection of food items to choose from. I think the Hotel needs a bit of an update and redecoration.

For its price, one of the best options in the Gothic quarter, I really liked the location of the hotel. It gets noisy a bit during the evening and may last until midnight during the weekend. Good and professional personnel. Although the breakfast was simple, I believe it is fair for its price. The only problem during winter times is the temperature inside the rooms, it might get cold. We were provided by a portable heater, but you can really use it too much. And since the floor is cold, I would suggest the hotel to give some hotel shoes to guests

property was in a great location. Breakfast was average but adequate. Bed was a little hard.

Staff: they surely have some nice guest service folks, however, we got very unlucky and fell on the wrong service person. He forced us to pay for 2 rooms eventhough our kids are 8 years and a 9 months.
We got the 2 rooms paid and alll great, the first room was horribly smelly and sewage smell would come out during the night. No additional rooms available but still we had to pay for the second room. Rudeness was non stop from the same employee over the 3 days. After getting hold of the manager, he refunded 1 night, which is far from being reasonable for what we faced.

Charming hotel in the heart of the Gothic district. The room was comfortable and well appointed with 2 balconies. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was delicious. Dozens of great restaurants within blocks. Noisy at night so bring ear plugs. I will stay there again.

Great location. Comfortable motel style room. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style, no issues at all
A little noisy outside, but you are in the middle of a bustling area
Staff Fab, arranged transport for us back to the airport.
Would definitely stay again
