Great hotel and super cleaning ....

Struttura essenziale, dispone di tutti i servizi minimi per un soggiorno adeguato a chi vuole dormire bene e non ha troppe pretese. Il punto di forza è che ha due centri commerciali e un supermercato adiacenti all'hotel. In uno dei due centri commerciali è presente un vasta area ristoro con principalmente fast-food, comodo però per chi vuole cenare vicino l'hotel. Il mio soggiorno è stato gradevole, la zona è tranquilla e circondata da aree verdi. Pecca leggermente la distanza dalla prima stazione metro che richiede un camminata di 10 minuti che si fa ben volentieri nel parco, più pesante è che per arrivare al centro con la metro ci vogliono circa 30 minuti, dunque occorre prevedere almeno 1 ora per essere in un posto specifico. La colazione è di buona qualità, che si evidenzia maggiormente sul salato rispetto al dolce. Riguardo la camera, spazi minimal ma ben distribuiti, non ha la cassaforte e insonorizzazione è discreta. Lamento solo l'assenza di un asciugamano in più per il viso, nella camera erano presenti solo due asciugamani grandi da usare come accappatoio che dopo quattro notti, siccome non vengono cambiati, risultano insufficienti. L'aspetto peggiore del soggiorno è che nel bagno non era presente una finestra e l'aspirazione non funzionava e questo causava disagi, visto che il bagno era piccolo. Per il resto tutto ok, personale cordiale. In sintesi ci ritornerò, qualità prezzo è un buon compromesso.

酒店房間比想象中小很多，放行李空間有限，廁所也很小。但前台服務不錯，給安排了視角比較好的房間，周邊有超市和餐廳，可以簡單安排飲食，步行至最近的公交站約5分鐘，至最近的地鐵站約10-12分鐘，距離適中，衹是感覺酒店設備較為陳舊，下次應該不太會選擇了。

環境優美，早餐也可以

The experience that my relatives from New Jersey (USA) had in this hotel was regrettable. During their absence from the room on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, $600 was stolen from the room from a wallet deposited on one of the shelves in the room (the rooms do not have a safe). That same day, we went to the Police station in Barcelona to write the corresponding complaint. The worst thing about the case is the arrogant, rude, and absolutely despicable attitude of the supposed person in charge of the hotel who did not even have the slightest empathy with his clients, nor did he apologize on behalf of the hotel, nor did he lift nothing to find out. what had happened and that he even insinuated that the complaint was false to try to obtain some compensation Each one to do what they consider appropriate but this hotel is not, at all, recommended. A complaint has also been filed with the Ministry of Industry and Consumer Affairs of the Generalitat of Catalonia and a request/complaint has been issued to the management of the Accor chain itself.

We stayed for 05 days as our stop over for our honeymoon trip it was excellent and memorable. The hotel is near to metro station about 07min walk, mall next door, the breakfast buffet limited items however it is fresh all the team members are friendly special thanks to Chaimae and lamiae big thanks ladies for your assistance and kindness it was our first visit and won’t be the last

It’s a little off the regular tourist path but I would stay there again. Hotel is extremely clean and has the basic essentials for a comfortable stay. No laundry service but there is a self-service laundry centre within walking distance. Also located very close to a metro/train station so can be anywhere in the city quite quickly. Hotel located beside a small shopping area with a grocery store and a number of restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. My only comment: if you have scent-sensitivities, wear a mask in the lobby as there can be strong scents at times.

Great stay: clean, great service, and great options for the breakfast

This hotel was on the cheaper end for Barcelona -- which doesn't mean cheap, just less expensive in a very expensive city. For the room rate of around £169/night when we stayed, it was underwhelming. The bedsheet had an obvious tear in it but was used anyway. The desk in the room had splatters on it from a previous guest. The shower had long hairs in it from a previous guest. No facial tissues in the room. Many satellite TV channels not available on the very small monitor. On the plus side, the front desk staff were always friendly and attentive and quickly responsive. There is a dining area in the lobby when one can work, have a coffee or a beer. There is a shopping mall next door with numerous shopping and dining options. Although it's not in the centre of the city, there are several Metro stations within about a 10-minute walk and the major attractions are 30 to 40 minutes away. As other reviewers mentioned, the room key would also sometimes stop working. This happened to me twice, causing me each time to go back down from the 10th floor to Reception to have the key reactivated. This was frustrating, especially after a busy day when I was ready to shower and relax. Overall I felt things were done on the cheap here, and for the price they could have afforded to do a bit better. But the service is good and the front-desk staff deserve compliments. I probably would not stay here again if other similar priced options are available. I would probably pay £20 to £30 more per night to stay somewhere nicer if that was the difference. They could do better.
