TTài khoản kháchMy sisters and I spent one night at the Perry lane hotel and had a fabulous time. The room was perfect and the hotel restaurant was excellent! I would highly recommend! The rooftop bar and pool area is a great place to relax any time of the day. They have a man who plays the piano in the library and he is wonderful.

Rrambler25Great location with stunning Savannah River views. Spacious room provided comfortable accommodation. However, the elevators were noticeably unclean, and there was no drinking water fountain available. The beverage vending machine was out of order or empty throughout my stay. Despite these inconveniences, the prime position and generous room size balanced the experience.

주차 최악 ( 투숙해도 무료 주차 안됨.. 발렛 $54 , 주차장건물 셀프 주차해도 $56불 (시간으로 계산하기때문)
*주차 할꺼면 그냥 도로변에 하길 권장.. 호텔주차장은 너무 비쌈
편의시설 좋음.. 수영장 없는게 아쉽...
룸클린 - 대충대충하는듯.. 쓰레기통 주변 정리 안되어 있음 (큰것만 버리는듯..)
어메니티 안채워줌... 어느날은 실&바늘 , 어느날은 헤어캡, 어느날은 아무것도 없음.. 복불복
식사는 여기서 안해봐서 모르겠음
아! 바오밥 바는 분위기 및 친절도 좋음

TTài khoản kháchI was in Savannah for depositions. If I am being honest, Planters Inn was not my first choice as I usually stay within the Hilton family. But those hotels were all booked. I was a little apprehensive having seen a few bad reviews, but chose Planters Inn because it was the closest to where I needed to be. to be. In hindsight, I am glad the Hilton properties were booked. The hotel has much more character than the other guys. Yes, the property shows its age, but it is well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I am used to at much higher priced hotels. The staff, however, is what makes the Planters Inn a real gem. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond with a few late-night tasks I needed to complete in preparation for my work the following day. I plan to return to Savannah with my wife in the near future as tourists (I had no real time for sightseeing on his trip), and when I do I will be staying at the Planters Inn.

NNazim Riyaz KhanThe Card was swiped more than twice for security deposit with two different Credit Cards. However, Hotel system did not show the correct amount. USD 200 + USD 200 + USD 100 was deducted from the cards and hotel was not aware of this extra transaction. Finally Miss Dawn could locate it. She was kind to give some credits as well.

TTài khoản kháchWe booked the trip on Trip.com, prepaying. Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District charged us twice. We live in Florida. As soon as I realized this. I sent receipts and screenshots. I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?

TTài khoản kháchThis hotel has a great location and a fantastic lobby. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and mostly helpful. Unfortunately, our room was not the best. The rooms need updating and do not live up to the descriptions or the fantastic lobby. The bathrooms were very dated and were clean enough but not as clean as I would have expected. I also found it odd that there was not a mini fridge in the room. This hotel has great potential, it just seemed to be lacking in the details that would make it stellar. In addition, we left a day early and the lobby informed us that they could not provide any sort of refund which we thought was very odd.

I paid a ridiculous amount of money and got a dirty coffee machine( the water holding compartment was full of some flakey stuff), a dirty sink, no toiletries, and a banged up and super loud a/c. The staff however were super nice! However, I will never stay here again as I paid $900 for two nights stay, and the rooms are just standard rooms. I could have stayed anywhere for that kind of money. One of the fees was a “destination” fee for $25. Yay! I arrived. Charge me money?

TTài khoản kháchI made reservations then called the hotel to Badger sure they had them.”Lady A” answered the phone, she was just as polite on the phone as she was in person, she checked us in upon our arrival.
We had a leak in the bathroom that was wetting the carpet, informed David at the front desk he immediately phoned Zach in house services and within minutes he was at our door. Zach observed what was happening and immediately moved us to another room, and provided us with complimentary parking which was a huge plus.
The hotel is close to the square and the riverfront which we enjoyed the proximity of everything. Only used our car to go to Walmart and The Outlets. Will definitely visit again, Customer service was A1.
