All bookings at Nustar Resort include breakfast and access to the Executive Club Lounge located on the 23rd floor of Fili Hotel. Mini-Bar is complimentary with a selection of 2 local beers, juices, and sodas. Nespresso machine with 4 capsules. TWG tea. Bottled water is unlimited. I appreciate the fridge being very cold. Gerlain Paris branded bathroom amenities, as well as bath salts for the large bath. Afternoon Tea (2:30 pm - 4:30 pm) Light snacks with a limited selection of savory and sweet bites, they need to improve on this. Evening cocktails and canapés (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm) Excellent food buffet. I like the lechon quesadillas, jalapeño cheese poppers, and siomai. I appreciate the bartender crafting cocktails from a menu of drinks. I understand the hotel is still brand new, but they need to do multiple inspections before releasing the room to guest. Vanity mirror was dusty from construction. The Butler service was very attentive, many thanks to Ice (Butler) for making my stay pleasant, he would escort me to the pool, and even breakfast buffet at Fili Hotel bypassing the crowd at the entrance. Breakfast Buffet is at Fili Hotel which is extensive and one of the best in Cebu. The problem is the crowd, while Nustar Butlers will escort Nustar guests to a table, there’s no dedicated tables for Nustar guests, which confuses the restaurant staff with seating assignments. Alternatively, the breakfast buffet at the executive club lounge is quiet but with limited options, they should have an a la carte menu to expand options like other international luxury hotels. The security at the lobby entrance is wildly inconvenient and inconsistent, every time you enter you need to prove you’re a guest of Nustar and not a guest of Fili or a casino player. It’s weird that they are sometimes overly strict and many times just ignore people passing by. Guests have a keycard to use elevators what’s the point of the guards that have a list of people’s names and room numbers, if anything that’s a security risk. The pool service is lacking. Shared between 2 hotels and the upcoming grand summit. The pool area lacks service of a 5-star hotel, towels need to be claimed at a towel hut. My expectation is that there are staff that will setup loungers with towels for guests. And since the pool facility is shared with the muncher large Fili Hotel it can get crowded. Fortunately, Nustar has a private infinity pool which was closed my stay. Nustar Resort has potential to be Cebu’s most luxurious hotel, they have the hard product with their spacious luxurious rooms, but they need to improve their soft product - the service from the butlers are outstanding and personal, but everyone else seems to be lost. For the asking price of 250-300 usd per night there’s a lot to expect. Nustar is primed for excellence but falls just short of achieving refined luxury. I’m hoping Nustar partners with Marriott and rebrand under Luxury Collection. Or even Hyatt with Unbound Collection.

We stayed at Seda during the weekend to celebrate valentine's day. Room stay was good, and we were allowed late check out at 1pm. Gym is not big but good enough. Theres also a pool. Location is good Breakfast buffet could be better as food was quite oily. All in all, would stay in Seda again if we return here in the future.

Ngoài ra, đồ ăn và dịch vụ đều tuyệt vời. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ chọn khách sạn này từ nay trở đi, vì chúng tôi luôn ở lại thành phố vài ngày trước khi đến nhà nghỉ của mình. Nằm n*** cạnh Trung tâm thương mại SM City, có cầu thang phụ đóng cửa lúc 12 giờ đêm. Ở đó cũng có Starbucks nữa! Nước tắm có vị khá ổn, không giống như những khu nghỉ dưỡng khác tôi từng ở, thường mặn. Khách sạn nằm giữa trung tâm thương mại/câu lạc bộ/nhà hàng. Rất đáng để thử. Nhược điểm: phải gọi phục vụ phòng lúc 10 giờ tối nhưng mất rất nhiều thời gian để lấy đồ. Cũng mất khá nhiều thời gian để mang đồ chúng tôi yêu cầu lên. Nước xả bồn cầu cũng rất yếu nên tôi không khuyên bạn nên vứt khăn giấy vào đó. À vâng, gần đó có một cửa hàng 7-11, khoảng 5-6 phút đi bộ, nhưng tôi nghĩ hơi bị lừa đảo. Chỉ có thể thanh toán bằng tiền mặt và cũng có một đêm tôi chỉ có ít tiền mặt trong khi nhân viên quét mã vạch. Anh ta nói với tôi rằng tôi không được lấy đồ ra, nếu không anh ta phải trả bằng tiền tiêu vặt của mình ??? Và bảo chúng tôi rút tiền. Vậy là chúng tôi rút tiền ra và thanh toán, và tôi thậm chí còn xác nhận với nhân viên khách sạn, họ nói với tôi rằng nhân viên thu ngân chỉ cần lấy đồ ra khỏi hệ thống và không cần phải dùng tiền tiêu vặt của họ để trả.

I had a great stay! The service was really nice and staff were all friendly and accommodating. The facilities were impressive— especially the gym, which was amazingly clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth recommending!

The location was good.. Near to IT Park and Ayala Mall. 7/11 is at the ground floor. Many restaurants and cafés nearby you won't get hungry. Room size is actually big and spacious for 1 person And clean . The food was good though it was limited to 3 dishes. However, 1. I stayed for 2nights and nobody cleaned up my room even though I put the sign outside the door. There was a cleaner I met at the ground floor though. 2. The bathroom hot shower is not functioning so i have to deal with the cold water in the cold room 3. The water is stocked on the floor after bath and it won't completely subside even the next days. 4. The blanket is too thin . I recommend to bring your own blanket next time 5. The aircon looks old and dirty and it was soooo noisy. 6. My room is near the elevator and 100% you'll hear the indian students/residents shouting and playing before and after riding the elevator. 7. The wifi is toooo slow and the room has limited mobile signal too. Good thing I still managed to finish my online class even though the signal was on and off. Anyways, it was a good experience to stay in a budget hotel.

Pretty old hotel.The lobby is clean and tidy overall,but the check in is slow.We arrived 5 mins early and it took 20 mins for the reception to check us in.On the other hand ,the room and the bathroom is not well furnished.Cracks,Stains and watermarks are conspicuous.Wouldn’t recommend anyone who has over 50usd budget to stay in here.I would recommend paying 20 dollars more to get better service ,as well as better room environments .

The room is very spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly and approachable. The aircon is not that cold, but the bed is very comfortable. The pillows are soft too. The breakfast food is delicious too. The room service is fast.

I loved my room. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The shower had great hot water and strong pressure, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the AC worked well. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful, except at the front desk, which was disappointing. Check-in was at 2 pm. Instead of waiting in the lobby, I let them know I would be at the café and asked to be informed once my room was ready. However, even after 2 pm, I had to return to the lobby myself and still wait before the room was given to me. During check-out, I checked out early and was told to take a seat while they processed my deposit. I waited 30 minutes, and if I hadn’t followed up again, I believe I would have waited even longer as they seemed to have completely forgotten I was waiting. Aside from these front desk issues, the rest of my stay was terrific.

The room is great! Great food for breakfast , the staff was always polite and Kind 🥰🙂 the location Is perfect for clients who want to get their apostile documents in DFA Robinson galleria it just across this hotel aside from that it's near to SM cebu, pier terminal and center of cebu ☺️ I had well enjoyed my stay in this hotel thank you so much 😊 until next time
