SSammyjake95The hostel is perfectly located in Mexico City for everything you need, they have a great free walking tour and offer a lot of events to people staying there. I think there could be some improvements, we got the private room which was a lot smaller than expected and had no window. Also we stayed there for 3 nights and they never once cleaned the room. Generally they treat you as a dormitory hostel stayer, even if you are in the private room. There is also only 1 place to plug your phone in, so as a couple this was a bit inconvenient. I also would not recommend the breakfast, it’s very very basic and not really worth it.

BBeentheredonethatEs ist ein Standard Hotel der Kette Holiday Inn. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Alles funktioniert im Zimmer. Bei Beanstandungen wird schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut. Nicht besonders umfangreich, aber man vermisst auch nichts! Das Personal bereitet auf Wunsch Spiegel-Eier, Rühr-Eier, Omeletts usw. individuell zu. Alles in in allem ein zu empfehlendes Hotel in guter Lage, wenn man im Stadtteil Angelopolis unterwegs ist. Direkt nebenan befindet sich eine kleine Mall (La Noria) in der sich ein Taco-Restaurant befindet, das bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Ein kleiner Supermarkt (OXXO) befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Gerne wieder!

DDra Nayeli Tovar MartinezRealice reserva con mascota, menciona comunicar con el hotel para el costo, me comuniqué mencionaron costo de 480 por estancia de mascota y llegando realizaron cobro de 350 por noche, no respetaron la información brindada por teléfono, la señorita que atendió fue nocturno el día jueves y mencionó que las políticas son diferentes en la aplicación que en el hotel y que era la única forma de que aceptaran a la mascota, en restaurante buen servicio por parte de el personal en específico del Sr Marcelino que es turno de la tarde , brindó orientación y accede te trato, lástima que las porciones son muy pequeñas para el costo, y tienen muy buen sazón , la mascota solo podía andar en cuarto y área verde siendo un hotel petfriendly no lo permitían en todas sus instalaciones, gymnasio solo cuenta con mancuernas caminadora y bicicleta estática, muy buen lugar para alojarse pero definitivamente tiene que mejorar sus políticas , el trato de su personal de recepción y el implementar completamente petfriendly .

TTài khoản khách房間比較陳舊，最讓人受不了的是這家酒店的服務，我找酒店前台問他在哪裡能接一杯熱水，他愛答不理的告訴我讓我回房間打客房服務電話，在房間門口碰到一個打掃衞生的酒店工作人員，我説我房間需要兩瓶水，他讓我等我一下，結果一宿都沒人送水。

Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit.
Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

TTài khoản kháchPros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi.
Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

MMananxi_MX好極了好極了酒店的床很大很舒服電視還能看Netflix，還有貼心的電子鬧鐘，音響，早餐也很好吃，大廚不停的在做雞蛋，可以點墨西哥最經典的huevos rancheros，熱巧克力，pozole,果汁可以喝
