After a disastrous experience last month with another reputed hotel in Chennai, I approached my stay at the Radisson Blu with trepidation. To say that I was mistaken would be an understatement. The room is top class, the amenities provided are very good. The food options are plenty and cater to multiple taste buds. The staff are friendly, flexible and ever willing to help. They go out of their way for the comfort and ease of stay for their guests. Well done, keep up the good work.

The concern here the hotel is heavily booked for events to individual parties so the cars coming to the hotel venue gets very decisively packed. So, we were told drop outside the hotel making us walk up the slope and walk to the hotel. We stay in the hotel for 7 nights and breakfast menu never got changed for 7 days!!! We can understand the normal fruits, bread and normal breakfast range is there but not the chicken curry throughout the 7 days. I am sure the chef can change the style of the chicken from curry to other varieties. No complaints in terms service best we can ask for. Thank You

The Hotel is good but below competitors in it’s category. Hotel is very clean. Location could be better since Anna Salai is very crowded and congested road. I had a bad experience with service, especially the F&B team. The gym is okay but way under equipped vs other 5 stars hotel nearby. The Spa is super expensive and doesn’t even have steam or sauna… Breakfast and lunch / diner buffet are average, not many choices.

The hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and stripping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over.

As always everything was good from the beginning... the check in till check out. The breakfast which wasn't quite the usual during our last stay there were totally opposite this time... understood there was a face-lift refurbishment work carried out at the restaurant the last time and as such it was excuseable..This time around the hotel had exceeded our expectation for both the service standard and eloborate buffet breakfast readied for the guests. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff in particular the restaurant manager SK Allarakha for making every morning as a start of a pleasant day with all the courteous services extended to us by him and his lovely team..This has prompted my family to celebrate my 60th birthday in the morning of 16/1/2026 before their departure for flight.Thank you for a great and courteous service shown to my family and i.We will definitely choose to stay at the TRT again the next time around. Hotel looks lovely and on the surface seems like a high quality hotel. But the service was seriously shambolic. They didn't provide hand towels in the room, we had to ask several times for them before they finally appeared. The breakfast was bizarre - noone manning the coffee station but you weren't allowed to serve yourself (it was just a push button machine). No decaffeinated tea or coffee. It took ages to receive the love station food even though the breakfast room wasn't even 1/4 full as we were very early. They agreed to book us a taxi but on reconfirmation they had no record of it, so they tried to persuade us to instead use the hotel charter vehicle for 4x the price! It's a shame, for the price we expected better service and less chaos.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. Aside from this, I like my experience at Holiday Inn. I’ll choose to stay there in future too.

My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day. A well deserved PAT for Mr Ramar in exhibiting his professionalism But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service

Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.
