After a disastrous experience last month with another reputed hotel in Chennai, I approached my stay at the Radisson Blu with trepidation. To say that I was mistaken would be an understatement. The room is top class, the amenities provided are very good. The food options are plenty and cater to multiple taste buds. The staff are friendly, flexible and ever willing to help. They go out of their way for the comfort and ease of stay for their guests. Well done, keep up the good work.

The staff was outstanding, extremely friendly and they made our stay very special. The whole hotel is very cozy, warm and well maintained. The breakfast was superior. We had a great stay!

The concern here the hotel is heavily booked for events to individual parties so the cars coming to the hotel venue gets very decisively packed. So, we were told drop outside the hotel making us walk up the slope and walk to the hotel. We stay in the hotel for 7 nights and breakfast menu never got changed for 7 days!!! We can understand the normal fruits, bread and normal breakfast range is there but not the chicken curry throughout the 7 days. I am sure the chef can change the style of the chicken from curry to other varieties. No complaints in terms service best we can ask for. Thank You

The hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and stripping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over.

Koox Rooftop bar located at the terrace is a premier dining experience for any Japanese or Thai cuisine aficionados, the evening vibes had us coming back for more. A special mention to the Food Exchange Buffet Restaurant on the 1st Floor, Chef de Partie Amit and Restaurant Manager Nisarg went above and beyond to cater for every request at breakfast, lunch and dinner. A massive thank you to all the staff who made our stay special: Reception Staff - Lucky Front of House - Krishna Gym Staff - Thiru 💪 Room Service - Santhosh And thank you to Mr Amit Gera, GM who kindly welcomed me to the Independence Day Flag Raising ceremony at the front of the Novotel. Hotel looks lovely and on the surface seems like a high quality hotel. But the service was seriously shambolic. They didn't provide hand towels in the room, we had to ask several times for them before they finally appeared. The breakfast was bizarre - noone manning the coffee station but you weren't allowed to serve yourself (it was just a push button machine). No decaffeinated tea or coffee. It took ages to receive the love station food even though the breakfast room wasn't even 1/4 full as we were very early. They agreed to book us a taxi but on reconfirmation they had no record of it, so they tried to persuade us to instead use the hotel charter vehicle for 4x the price! It's a shame, for the price we expected better service and less chaos.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. Aside from this, I like my experience at Holiday Inn. I’ll choose to stay there in future too.

My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day. A well deserved PAT for Mr Ramar in exhibiting his professionalism But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service

Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.
