Our stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo was truly the best we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and open hearts that it immediately felt like home. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and incredibly hospitable — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression.
The location itself is brilliant, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and the natural beauty Labuan Bajo is known for. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our trip.
Honestly, this is the best property we’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much to the entire team for the grand and heartfelt welcome — it made our stay truly special.
I would recommend this place to closest friends and family!

SsiyingpoofBooked the twin room to stay with my friend for one night - room was very spacious and clean. Loved the aesthetic inside the room (sorry didn’t take any pictures…) Toilet had a foul smell though, but I guess that’s the only cons in our only-one-night stay. Reception and the staff at the rooftop restaurant were all very friendly! Food was 💯 - ordered a vegetarian nasi goreng (fried rice) and it was really good! Didn’t use other facilities within Seaesta. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to Labuan Bajo!

TTài khoản kháchWhat a fabulous resort ! The management is amazing, and so is the staff. Everyone is so kind and has a the best service attitude. Our service was personalised, e.g. the resort went out of their way to look for migraine medicine for my husband from the mainland when he.run out of it. We had to stay 3 extra days as we were unwell, despite a super busy season the resort found a way to accommodate us. The snorkeling off the pier is better than you could ever expect. Totally clear water, actually, you can watch sharks, sting rays and multi coloured fish pass by even without getting into the water ! The breakfast included is yummy, and there are plenty of dinner options. I would highly recommend this resort for relaxation - to anyone considering to travel to Flores/Komodo - a few nights here is a must ! Very good for families too. Thank you for the team of taking such good care of us.

JJulia_OtterandAlpineA really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!
