A very nice ,clean, welcoming and good environment to stay, with a huge sea view which makes us feel relax and comfortable to stay in, and the staff is very patient, details and friendly as well. Justin has been very helpful and nice in recommending restaurants that local people will normally visit instead of tourism places, and even send me the location which help us to get to the location easier . The overall experience is very good and I will definitely be back again for the next visit.

Amazing service by the very friendly staff. DIY workshop for traditional ChaoShan “dumpling” 红桃粿 was an amazing experience as well. The room was tidy and clean, with the cleaning staff taking extra good care of us. The only bad thing I can complain about is the TV’s inability to support Airplay, but nonetheless the room and hotel in general was superb. Additionally the location of the hotel is great, quiet at night as it is close to a residential area, but only 200-300 meters from restaurants and whatnot. Would totally recommend families and couples to stay here. Anyways thanks to the staff.

The hotel is located slighly out of the central city but just next to it there are many restaurants to choose. The room was big, well furnished and clean. The check-in was pretty quick and the staff were friendly. The only downside is the breakfast, which is good itself but located inside a small and incredibly noisy room. I had difficulties in finding a seat at 08:30 and it was difficult to find something to eat as well as most of the food was already gone and not yet replaced by the staff. They really need to change this aspect as it really downgrades the overall experience

Front desk and hotel manager, bell boy are all very nice and friendly. Facilities are all very good standard, everything is good . Until morning breakfast the woman in charge of the restaurant, said something which not really understand what she said, then started abusing me and told me to hurry and order breakfast to chose the choices of bread, but could not understand what she said. Then she brought little tray of food which look terrible. Her abusing and screaming at me because I couldn't understand what she said and ruin my holiday and lost my appetite for eating, and really upset me. So I immediately cancel my booking for the day. Was intending to stay few more days in this little city to watch the Ying Ge Wu dance, But she ruined it all. First time in my life experience such horrible rude and abusing of guest staying in a hotel. What a horror shocking experience. Riding around to look for restaurant to eat the night before, but everything looked not too hygiene or very dirty I end up buying instant noodles for dinner. A little town look like still not yet developed like 50 years ago China.

非常滿意的一次旅行！房間空間大，私密性好，全屋智能太友好了！還有投影儀，呆在房間看電影都是一種享受！酒店還配有恆温泳池，樓上樓下兩層，私隱性好，水温合適，孩子非常喜歡，來回在裏面玩了一個多小時，解放了帶娃的我們！民宿管家的服務非常周到，會特意根據我們的時間合理安排早餐的用餐時間！店裡還有烤肉，孩子游完泳，我們在荔枝樹下吃烤肉，度假的鬆弛感拉滿！

Great hotel amenities and service. Hotel owner is very friendly and kind. Was planning to upgrade the room for my booking but it wasnt allowed in the system and owner is kind to provide free upgrade. Room is roomy and very comfortable. aesthetically pleasing as well. Great toilet with seat warmer and bidet. There is a free washing machine to use as well. free welcome snacks, fruits and tea provided. Surroundings are more residential but there is a nearby street with a few food stores which is great to eat breakfast at. Not far from shantou station which is great. Hotel is inside quite a rundown exterior building so it was a bit of a shock at firsr but the hotel interior is great and comfy!
