This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed . The location is outstanding with the prime view of the Lugu Lake. The young enthusiastic staff will go out of their way to take care of your needs and wants . They even provide a sumptuous afternoon tea, mulled wine or hot milk at night with movie screening . The food at the restaurant is pretty good and healthy . They even have complimentary laundry service . It’s also pet friendly and There’s also a resident border collie to play with . We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly there . I totally recommend it for city dwellers who need to get away from it all.

As part of our 9-day self-drive trip in Yunnan, me and my wife visited the Lake Lu Gu last week and stayed two nights at the Torre De Marfil Hotel. All hardwares and softwares of the hotel were up to our entire satisfaction. Every little detail of the hotel facilities, whether in the rooms or in the public areas, has been carefully designed and properly maintained. The full and unblocked lakeview, which can be seen directly through the hotel room window, was magnificent and unforgettable. As we were told, most of the hotel personnel are native Mosuo people. We were deeply impressed by the enthusiasm shown by all of them, especially Xiao Zhang at the Reception Desk, in their works. Without any exception, they responded proactively and efficiently to all our requests. They voluntarily helped us bring our heavy luggages to and from the carpark while explaining to us the unusual marriage traditions followed by the Mosuo Tribe. Breakfasts were provided in individual sets instead of buffets. We were particularly impressed by their presentations, tastes and varieties, which were so much better than what we had in those bigger hotels we had stayed in Dali and Lijiang. Free dessert soups were served and brought to the rooms every evening, which to us were a big surprise! We 100% enjoyed our stay in Torre De Marfil and would definitely recommend it to anyone who happens to be visiting Lu Gu.

Khách sạn tuyệt vời! Có lẽ là nơi duy nhất ở hồ Lugu mà người nước ngoài có thể ở. Nhân viên trẻ tuổi có vốn tiếng Anh hạn chế nhưng bù lại bằng chất lượng dịch vụ và ứng dụng phiên dịch. Họ thậm chí còn lập một nhóm chat trên WeChat chỉ để tư vấn và đảm bảo chúng tôi luôn liên lạc được. Vị trí rất tuyệt (ngoại trừ việc có con đường bên dưới khách sạn). Khách sạn thì tuyệt vời. Phòng ốc xuất sắc. Bữa ăn ngon. Sự phục vụ chu đáo và đội ngũ nhân viên trẻ trung, nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn lòng giúp đỡ. Toàn bộ nhân viên trông đều dưới 30 tuổi nhưng làm việc rất tốt. Thật tiếc là chúng tôi chỉ ở lại 2 đêm. Lần sau ít nhất phải một tuần! Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

The perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and authentic Mosuo architecture made this stay unforgettable. After a long day of travel, the kind and attentive service was exactly what we needed. Though we arrived after dark, we woke up to a breathtaking balcony view that left us in awe. The delicious breakfast and insightful tour of the traditionally preserved Mosuo culture, including the “Grandmother” room, were highlights. Having visited villages in the area, I can confidently say the preservation here feels authentic and respectful. As a tour operator for foreign travelers, I especially appreciated the locally-owned aspect and the warm hospitality. Our family was well cared for, and this is exactly the type of accommodation I look for in my work. Highly recommended!

Lugu Lake Arabella was my best stay in Yunnan! My bf and I were stunt by the beautiful lake view Infront of us the time we check in. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is so comfortable to sleep on. Although this hotel is up on a hill and slightly away from 大落水村， but they do provide transport to send and pick up us from there. You just have to WeChat them and tell them your location. They also provide us very delicious and warm breakfast every morning. There’s nothing more delightful than savouring a delicious breakfast while being surrounded by the stunning view of the lake. Even more, they provide us a free shooting session, with 3 complimentary retouched photos for each room, which made me and my friend a day. The photographer shooting skill was great, and we were very happy with our photos. Overall experience were great. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all friends who travel to Lugu lake.

Lugu Lake is really a beautiful place with few people and beautiful scenery.But it is far from Dali and Lijiang.Because of theThere are many cattle and sheep, so there are more flies.Relatively speaking, there is no way to compare the environment with the hotel, but this one is relatively good in the local area.B&B.

The location of Yufan Inn is set in a small village. If you are looking for a quiet time away from the noise, I would say this would be the perfect hotel in this charming area. The hotel is located right in front of the lake. There’s a small park that you can take an evening stroll or pull out a picnic chair to chill on the grass patch. The owner was really friendly and helpful. There are shawls and hats that you can borrow to use during your stay. He also offered us beach chairs when we said we would chill by the lake. We did a longer than usual stay in Lugu Hu and the owner brought us to see a beautiful temple and the local market. He also brought us to watch the local cultural show. We had a great time. Our stay in Yufan Inn had been a memorable trip and we miss Sixteen dearly.

Vị trí tuyệt vời và bữa trà chiều nho nhỏ làm ấm lòng chúng tôi. Hồ Lugu xanh ngắt trong tầm mắt. Ngày cuối chúng mình được upgrade lên phòng gia đình, có cả cầu trượt cho trẻ em và một bể bóng. Bạn nhân viên không nói được tiếng anh nhưng rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mình qua Wechat. Chỉ có 1 điểm trừ nhỏ là vòi nước nóng khi thì quá nóng và khi thì quá lạnh, khá là khó điều chỉnh. Tuy nhiên, ở đây mỗi ngày các bạn đều dọn phòng sạch sẽ và bổ sung thêm đồ extra (nước, khăn,..) khác những khách sạn khác chúng mình đã từng tới nên mình thấy rất hài lòng.

Môi trường khách sạn rất đẹp. Hồ Lugu xinh đẹp nằm n*** ngoài cửa. Bữa sáng cũng rất ngon. Cảm giác rất đáng giá!
