酒店體驗很不錯，房間視野開闊，辦理入住也很迅速，特別是我們有外賣到了，還有機器人可以及時送到房間，設施設備也很齊全，辦理入住的前台全程非常的專業高效，房間床很軟，地毯也很軟，整個設施都很漂亮，特別是酒店的衞浴品牌，香味很好聞，早餐味道可口，大堂服務員很主動熱情，退房，也收到了酒店員工的回訪電話，感覺到被重視，體驗絕佳！特別是酒店位置，實在是太好了，在39高層辦理入住就感覺在雲端居所一樣，體驗很不一般！❤️

**Exceptional Stay at 236 FUNGEE Hotel – A Hidden Gem in Changsha** As a frequent traveler to Hunan, Changsha, I’ve stayed at many hotels around IFS and Wuyi Square, but traffic and congestion have always been an issue—until now. 236 FUNGEE Hotel was a refreshing change! Located just an 8-minute walk from IFS, it offers both convenience and peace. A huge thank you to Dong Cheng and Peng Peng for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable. We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning. A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart. We are more than happy with our experience and will definitely return for our next visit to Changsha. Tingjian Suyu Hotel（Chang Sha） This is truly my favorite hotel throughout this Changsha trip, and a place that made me feel completely at ease ❤️ First, the environment. The hotel is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Despite being located in the city center, the sleep quality was excellent. I especially loved their custom-made pillows, which significantly improved our rest and made every night deeply relaxing. Second, the thoughtful details. From the unforgettable Changsha rice noodles at breakfast to the complimentary afternoon tea during the cold winter, every detail felt warm and well-considered ☕️. Third—and the main reason I would return—is the service. Every staff member was genuinely kind, attentive, and responsive. No matter what we needed, they were always there, making us feel safe and cared for—almost like having a personal butler at home. Lastly, a very special highlight: Since we were traveling in winter with lots of luggage, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel offers free luggage delivery to the airport ✈️. Thanks to this, we could fully enjoy our last day in Changsha without worrying about our suitcases at all—such a thoughtful service! If you ask whether I would come back? Yes, 100%. Absolutely incredible stay from the moment you step foot on the property and until you leave. The staff prepared a lovely card and gift in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel pool was a lifesaver during the 35+ heatwave. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from. Rooms are spotless, there are western TV channels and great soundproofing between rooms and to the street below.

The staff is outstanding, from the workers in the lobby, to Swank, to the staff at the lounge, and everyone at the reception desk. The service was exceptional, and hotel premises were excellent! The food and drink we were offered were also outstanding. In short, we would return to Changsha just to stay in your hotel again. Many thanks to you all!!

We stayed two nights at the Grand Hyatt Changsha in a spacious deluxe king room with a sofa bed on Level 57, offering half river view and half city view. Unfortunately, the weather was foggy during our stay, so the scenery was hidden. The location is fantastic — Hisense Plaza (with Wenheyou) is right next door, and popular attractions like Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Du Fu Pavilion are all within a few minutes’ walk. Front desk service could have been more responsive when I tried to book an extra room for my sister on the first day. The front desk staff told me that the walk-in rate would only be available between 9–10am the next day. She took down my phone number and promised to call me back, but I didn’t receive the call until after 2pm the next day. Luckily I had reserved online in advance.  The true highlight was the housekeeping team — always smiling,warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They prepared children’s slippers and a toothbrush for my child, provided extra bottled water without being asked, and even left us a handwritten note saying they had discarded our unfinished cold tea and coffee and cleaned the cups for safe use. These small touches made our stay very comfortable and memorable, despite the foggy weather.
