Very good place to stay and close to the harbour, room is clean, breakfast is good, and value for money as well, ill back here for sure if theres another trip to banyuwangi ;)

The hotel is actually one of the best in the area. The service is good, the staff is friendly, food during the breakfast is delicious. Had no problems at all during my stay. They offer a private tours which are pretty expensive though

在完成伊珍火山行程後這裡休整，位置不在鬧市，傍邊有洗衣店，對面有交通運輸公司及小店，酒店用環保，大堂及樓層通道採用自然通風，十分舒服，餐廳午晚可單點食物，有點貴但好吃，有啤酒，早餐很豐富及品種多，是我們在印尼十幾天裡最好的，酒店員工有禮貌及主動幫客人。

Hôtel que nous avons réservé uniquement en guise d’étape à l’arrivée de Yogyakarta et dans le but de faire une excursion au Kawah Ijen. Avis assez mitigé. Si l’hôtel est propre, en revanche le petit déjeuner découragera les occidentaux de passage. Ici pas de petit déjeuner occidental, uniquement indonésien avec toutefois quelques pâtisseries et viennoiseries peu goûteuses. Pour les repas du soirs nous avons mangé au Wizzmie juste à côté, petite chaîne façon fast-food qui propose de délicieux riz fris, nouilles sautées et raviolis, entre autre. Pour ce qui est de la piscine, nous ne l’avons pas testée, il pleuvait sans arrêt. Enfin, pour ce qui est des services rendus au desk, pour une excursion au Kawah Ijen on vous tendra un simple numéro de téléphone à appeler, et pour un transfert (au port pour le ferry vers Bali), idem, on vous renverra vers l’application Grab pour vous commander un transport. Bref, niveau services c’est zéro ! Un hôtel sans doute peu habitué aux touristes de passage. Nous n’en tiendrons pas rigueur donc. Mais sachez à quoi vous attendre. Mieux vaut pour des personnes peu débrouillardes se diriger vers l’hôtel Aston Banyuwangi.

Wow, pengalaman menginap di sini benar-benar tak tergantikan! Setiap sudut hotel ini terasa begitu hangat dan nyaman, ditambah lagi pelayanan dari staf yang selalu ramah dan penuh perhatian. Sejak saya tiba, staff FO begitu ramah. Dilayani sangat proper oleh Mas Sobi (nama panggilannya), ia menyapa saya sangat hangat dan menyambut saya kembali. Hebat bisa meng-courtesy member Santika. Tak lupa kamarnya begitu nyaman, makanannya lezat, dan suasananya seperti rumah kedua bagi saya. Saya benar-benar menikmati setiap detiknya!

So far oke, hanya saja menurut saya sudah perlu dilakukan renovasi bertahap seperti interior kamar dan kamar mandi. Shower nya sebaiknya diberikan pintu, agar air tidak banjir keluar2. Utk menu breakfast juga biasa, seharusnya bisa lbh ditingkatkan lagi ya..

Pemesanan kamar untuk tanggal 12-13 tapi bisa early check in tgl 12 jam 8. Disuruh sarapan juga. Pelayanan sangat bagus, ramah dan membantu pol buat para tamu. Saat check out juga dengan baik ha masih disuruh sarapan. Tanpa dikenai tambahan biaya sedikit pun. Bagus banget!!!!
