It was amazing, great location, clean rooms alongside with polite and friendly administrators

Lovely hotel with everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is on a busy and loud strip, so there is constant noise, especially if you open the window. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Location was superb as it was just right in the city centre. However, the disadvantage was that it tends to get abit noisy as people walk around the talk even in the middle of the night and the worst is if you don’t smoke there’s second hand smoke all the time. If you’re ok with second hand smoke and some noise, it’s really a convenient hotel to stay.

Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

The stay was very nice and very spacious. Near the train station and chapel Bridge.

Nice convenient hotel

房間安排在一樓，因為靠湖，有一股黴味。開窗户有點吵鬧。但是服務人員允許我們提前入住，很人性化。位置在盧塞恩老城中心，走着去火車站7、8分鐘。還是有性價比的。

酒店位置優越，交通便利，房間乾淨整潔，很安靜，風景極佳。服務人員態度熱情，設施齊全先進。體驗非常滿意，老城裡去哪裡都很方便。

酒店位於老城，就在羅伊斯河邊，離火車站、花橋、水塔、獅子等都很近，周圍店鋪林立，吃飯購物都很方便。工作人員熱情禮貌，態度親切。好評！

離回車站走路10多分鐘，在老城區，出來就是水塔花橋和餐廳。去瑞吉山和其他景點非常方便。環境好前台服務態度好，早餐好

服務和環境都還不錯 交通也方便。 推薦。記得一定帶瑞士轉換器和歐盟是不同的。後來是在前台租借的。出門就有很多商店。
