Amazing service by all the staff. Very considerate and helpful. The gym was also nice and clean as well as the room. Special mention for Ms. Parvati and Mr. Santu from F&B. Very proactive and quick with their service. Would love to visit the hotel again.

The staff was greatly accomodating and always attentive. Had a great stay with the only issue being having to ask for toilet paper regularly. Although, just one phone call with the receptionist and there was a knock on the door almost immediately after. The bedding was not always spotless during my two week stay, but poses more of an aesthetic than a hygienic issue, I'm sure. The pool was of great relief, the gym, although we have had to have the AC going for a minute before starting our workout, suitable to our needs and the breakfast both varied, offering both authentic indian (I assume) as well as regular continental breakfast items including scrambled eggs or french toast on order.

It was a nice place to stay, the personal was friendly and helpful all the time. When we had a medical problem or couldn't communicate with the transporters(cabs, auto, busses), they instandly translated for us. Especially sathish bell boy! I can recommend this hotel.

I was very positively amazed about the hospitality and adaptability of the staff to our needs and individual requests! I personally recommend Depika and Prithvi for their swift responsiveness to our several issues occurring in our stay. Very great experience!

The experience has been great helpful staff and front desk . Greatly impressed by the hospitality of the hotel Great restaurant services 1. Deepika 2. Parvati 3.Ashika 4. Pavan Showed exemplary service and commi**ent . I felt so convinient with my infant in this episode of airline crisis . I would not have been able to handle this smoothly without the support of staff and restaurant Thank you very much

The service provided was really nice. The housekeeping staff are very helpful and kind people. They really helped make our stay cosy and comfortable. Big thanks to the following people: Anup sir Nikita Mahesh sir Bholenath Gopal Also, big thanks to Anup sir for helping to organize a birthday surprise for me! It was a really pleasant one 😄

Excellent stay at the Hotel. We stayed here for 10 days. Staff is really helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained Property. Food was nice as well with a good spread of food with Indian as well as Oriental options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Would recommend for families as well.

The moment I arrived, Surya in the front desk was very much proactive to help and I had a swift check in Food was also great and so was the stay. The bed, the bathroom everything was clean and well maintained ❤️🌻 Swimming pool experience was also great ❤️🌻
