Lemon Tree Hotel Whitefield, Bengaluru

I recently booked a one-day stay at a hotel with friends to celebrate my friend’s birthday. In advance, I had requested simple decorations for the room, which the hotel staff confirmed. However, upon arrival, it was clear that something had gone wrong. The staff seemed clueless about the arrangement, and our room was devoid of any decorations. When I approached the front desk to inquire about the situation, they initially stalled and then asked me to wait in the lobby while they hastily prepared the room. Frustrated, I declined their offer and decided to call Manish, the person I had previously spoken to about the decorations. To his credit, Manish acknowledged the mistake and offered compensation. Unfortunately, our evening plans were already in motion, so we declined the offer. To make matters worse, despite booking a room for three people, there was no extra mattress provided. We were assured that it would be placed in the room later that night, but it never materialized. Disheartened by the lack of hospitality, I chose not to call the front desk again and checked out the next morning. Overall, my stay left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. The hotel staff needs better training in basic guest services to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

It was my first ever solo stay and it was one of the best experience i have ever had mostly because of how friendly the staff are( esp lakpa , noor & vishal) I stayed there for 2 weeks and definitely felt sad when i had to leave Would recommend to anyone visiting Bangalore for the first time!!

The hotel is at a very convenient location. It maintains good hygiene. Hotel staff is very good, polite and cooperative. Whenever we go to Bangalore, we book this hotel as it is very near to our office and provides us all the amenities we need. We find almost everything there and still in case we need anything, it is just a phone call away as staff is quite well responsive specially Rehman. He arranges things well according to your requirements and is always very helpful. Food options are good and tasty. Sometimes they customize food according to your taste if you request them. The hotel is having quite good cab facility. The hotel cabs are safe and very well maintained.

Good hotel and good staff helpful especially akash from housekeeping and Daniel and King is good in helping our needs and Vignesh from restaurant is good and helping nature,pool is good they maintain well happy to stay we will come again ..keep up the good work team lemon tree..

Very nice service … staffs were very polite and helpful with their service . They took good care of everything which was required. Hygiene was maintained. Food was amazing . Good location . I would recommend to choose lemon tree for your trip . Very nice ambience .

The staff have thoroughly maintained the standards of the hotel right from Cleanliness to Hospitality. Special thanks to Rehaman for his efforts in solving all my needs. Stayed there for 14 days and he remained Point of contact for anything. Also all the other staff were very helpful and kind.

Quick service and very trustworthy, the staff took care of my needs, the environment was very peaceful, room was very clean, Dining at the restaurant was very delight, the food was very delicious, I highly recommend this place for your personal or business stay.
