The stay was good. Buffet breakfast was a good spread of continental and Indian.

Gave very shady room and when asked to change room they don't have same category room as well as they don't have immediately High category so they asked me to pay extra fees which was almost 3 times higher which was paid

酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

Great Breakfast. We stopped at Taj to have sundays breakfast we loved the warm hospitality by Mr.Prakash Babu and the food taste was 10 on 10. The ambience was amazing and we would agin like to visit. We recommend breakfast and lunch specially during weekends

The hospitality was amazing, specially Kirpa Ma’am made stay wonderful. We felt as if we were in our home. The restaurants breakfast, all other staff will really helpful and attentive. The best part of the property was that it was a pet friendly property and today in this concrete world, we were staying in lush green resort. The Manjunath Temple in the property is a blessing and the housekeeping manager, Kripa Ma’ am, helped us with the basics of basics, so that our stay stays comfortable.

This was our final night in India and the Taj West End was the best. From the warm welcome at reception to dinner in the restaurant and the large, very comfortable room - everything was just perfect. Unfortunately, we had to check out very early to get to the airport so couldn’t stay for breakfast. However, we were provided with a generous takeaway breakfast that we could eat at leisure at the airport. On our return home, we received an email about a shirt we had left behind ; this was promptly sent on to us. All in all a 5 * hotel with 5 * staff!

Taj West end - the perfect stay luxurious ambiance, and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in, food quality is excellent and special thanks to restaurant service staff specially R.Mohan and Venkatesh.

Had an amazing breakfast. Staffs were incredibly attentive and went above and beyound to ensure a comfortable experience. Big thanks to Saravanan and Venkatesh. Also thanks to the lady at the counter ( couldn’t ask her name) who was considerate towards me and helped us with the seats Thank you for your warm hospitality.

We visited their Lochan restaurant for an awesome time. The quality of the food and variety of offerings were only surpassed by the stellar customer service. Mr. Saravanan was in charge of our table and his approach and customer service was stellar! He approached each request with a great smile and fulfilled our every request with gusto! The Taj almost always surpasses our expectations and this visit was no less impressive

The Taj West End is a magical retreat with lush gardens and impressive grounds full of lovely surprises. The staff at the hotel cannot be beat. Mr. Prakash Babu was on point throughout our entire stay, as was each and every employee. His smiling face greeted us in the morning with a pot of my favorite freshly brewed black masala chai ***** with warmed oat milk and honey. We chatted about all the going ons in India, which was fascinating. Extremely knowledgeable and kind.

Prakash and Nevin were really friendly and helpful and attentive to all our needs - they would make sure our coffee and tea was perfect and also got us exactly what we wanted to eat. The service was five star ! They made time to provide us with exactly what we required. Great hotel due to great service.

The property is very green with lots of area to walk around, smack in the middle of the city. We loved the North Indian restaurant (Loya) - the non veg tasting menu was flavourful and filling, honestly it deserves more hype than Blu Ginger (Vietnamese restaurant) The staff was very professional and responsive to anything we needed. One of the staff members in particular, Prakash Babu, was very helpful and packed us some extra patisserie goodies. Overall an extremely soothing and pleasant experience.
