The hotel provides Free airport transport, you just need to inform them your flight time. The location is superb, so close to the main city attractions;Omar Ali mosque, Royal Barge, Waterfront, Kampong Ayer. There are also some food restaurants at the commercial complex behind the hotel, The One mall. Room is standard, but free breakfast is good enough, although not many variety of menu. We were happily staying there.

I really appreciated the effort of the staff esp.tjeir manager Darran bec.i made a mistake booking extension but still he accommodated my request.Will recommend to others.also very important near jollibee.plus with airport transport for free.

Very large room. Toilet need to upgrade. Bed is comfy. Thanks for arranging a baby cot during my stay. Staff services is good.

I highly recommend this hotel if you wanna stay at Bander Seri Begawan, Brunei. Almost every tourist attraction places are walking distance and you can find a super shop and restaurant with 2 mins of walking from this hotel.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of space to relax, making it a great choice for both solo travelers and families. One of the highlights was its location — there’s a nearby restaurant within walking distance, which made it convenient for meals. However, do note that the restaurant closes quite early in the evening, so it’s a good idea to plan dinner ahead of time or have some snacks on hand.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, I felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay.

A comfy hotel located beside Brunei City Center, walking distance to the famous SOAS Mosque & Brunei Waterfront. You could also take a speedboat for a quick river cruise with the locals.

Very nice hotel and just 20 mins walk to Masjid Omar Ali Saifuddin and river walk / park.

The good location, it’s easy to airport just about 8-10mins. And near the hotel there are market, mall and Jollibee. Also, hotel provide the pick-up service between the airport and hotel.

I arrived at night and they provide us pick up form airport to the hotel. the hotel near to the airport, supermarket, malls, and tourist destination, can be reached by walk. the room is clean and they have swimming pool

Recommended for travellers who are on a tight budget but still wanted to have comfortable stay all the staff at this hotel are very friendly & polite and kind, the room is very specious. My family and i will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit brunei.

Hotel is nice! Room is clean. The airport shuttle is free so you would save a lot in airport transfers.

Good hotel with very convenient location. Rooms are quite clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast - average. Free transfer from and to airport was great bonus. Good choice for a short stay in Brunei.

The airport pickup service was amazing, they were really attentive and helped with all the luggages. Even though we arrived near midnight, they still picked us up with no extra charges. The breakfast provided variety of foods with affordable price. The room itself is spacious and provided with ample amenities. Room service was very nice, they even gave us extra mineral water. My only complaint is the lighting in the room was too dim 😅 However, the hotel’s staff were all friendly and helpful ! Will definitely stay here again if I come to Brunei again ❤️
