The good location, it’s easy to airport just about 8-10mins. And near the hotel there are market, mall and Jollibee. Also, hotel provide the pick-up service between the airport and hotel.

I arrived at night and they provide us pick up form airport to the hotel. the hotel near to the airport, supermarket, malls, and tourist destination, can be reached by walk. the room is clean and they have swimming pool

Recommended for travellers who are on a tight budget but still wanted to have comfortable stay all the staff at this hotel are very friendly & polite and kind, the room is very specious. My family and i will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit brunei.

Good hotel with very convenient location. Rooms are quite clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast - average. Free transfer from and to airport was great bonus. Good choice for a short stay in Brunei.

The airport pickup service was amazing, they were really attentive and helped with all the luggages. Even though we arrived near midnight, they still picked us up with no extra charges. The breakfast provided variety of foods with affordable price. The room itself is spacious and provided with ample amenities. Room service was very nice, they even gave us extra mineral water. My only complaint is the lighting in the room was too dim 😅 However, the hotel’s staff were all friendly and helpful ! Will definitely stay here again if I come to Brunei again ❤️

room is very specious. free parking available at underground level. bathroom a bit small. breakfast menu is simple. but this hotel location is very close to a mall. so, it is easy to shopping around.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and my family and I are extremely pleased with our experience. The location is excellent and the premises are clean. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Brunei.

the room space is so big overall okay, got problem with the water pipe..the water pressure keep turn slow and fast while we open the water tap 😅

My third stay at this hotel in Brunei. The front office staff, service staff and even the driver are all very friendly. High compliments to Darren Tan whom I dealt with for my booking and airport transfers. The room is cosy and clean. The breakfast this trip was the best out of my 3 visits. Location is good also near supermarket and eateries. This is my preferred hotel in Brunei.
