Nice resort for family vacation. The private beach is beautiful too. The sunrise is gorgeous too.

Pleasant ambience. I really love it. Such a nice place. Very calming.

The Resort is perfect for famalies gathering by the beach. The surrounding and environment was clean. The buggy service is a great idea for the guests to move around the resort. I was there for 3 nights and requested for room service on my 2nd night. Informed the reception that we will be out and they may make up the room. Unfortunately the towels and other necessities including mineral water was left at the table outside the room. The make up room was not done. Since we were tired and we did not get back to the housekeeping. The sink sewage was an issue with chocking. The toilet was smelly and we could not rectified the issue and only realise on our last night stay. Overall the stay was pleasant. The breakfast buffet can be improved.

Most ever worst room I stayed. This is the second time we booked Lotus resort. Previously, we stayed Lotus beach reasort at Desaru. We are impressed with loft units and amenities. So this time round, we decided to stay another Lotus Resort at Pengerang. We have booked 2 rooms standard King for 2 days which claim as near to beach. One is for us at 106. Another's room will be 108 for my parents in law. We found big red ants over room 106 on the desk, floor, and toilet. Make complaint to indian receptionist twice. One technician came to inspect, spray anti-ant, and believed what we had complained. The Indian receptionist only allowed us to change room to 152, which is super far from my in-laws room 108. Claims that only room is available for standard King. My in-laws room 108 is worse than us. They found a brunch of earth worms in the toilet bowl after flushed. Complaint to receptionist about issues. The same thing the technician came to solve was the problem. We are DISAPPOINTED for what we paid. Not value for money to stay there. We prefer Lotus Beach Resort Bandar Penawar at Desaru.

I love the sea view from this resort! The views are wonderful (I'm lucky cause I've got the rainbow too!)! All the services provided by this resort are top notch! Swimming pool, restaurant, gym, etc all perfect! Recommended!

Very nice and good place. In the room not only got fridge it also with microwave. The private beach are clean and safe. Breakfast not bad

Very good place to escape from town. I got an affordable price with very nice room, breakfast and facilities. The view also great. Just need to improve in term of clealiness of toilet, put some extra fragrance to remove uneasy smell.

Perfect accommodation, quiet comfortable, I haven't felt this comfortable for a long time.

everything was okay,other than the toilet and towel (a little bit smelly).food is good,easy access to the beach.will come again for sure!

Overall ok, just cleanliness on room need more attention. Bedsheet got stain, at corridor have dead bees.

Decent priced resort near beach. Need to walk a distance from room to the dining area and beach though. Can arrange for buggy ferry but need to wait. Second storey rooms not suitable for elderly and families with young kids.
