Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte, sono pienamente soddisfatta, la camera era ampia pulita superaccessoriata con tv, climatizzatore e kit completo per un te caldo, con un piccolo balcone che dava sulla piscina, a pochi passi a piedi c'e' l' accesso privato al mare dove ci sono lettini, ombrelloni, teli e fanghi messi a disposizione dell' hotel per i clienti ,si puo' inoltre usufruire delle varie piscine all' interno del complesso e' stata un ottima scelta per una breve pausa durante il mio viaggio in Giordania.

The resort itself was ok nice. Pools (3) were great. The rooms were roomy. The resort itself is a little dated and needs a sprucing up. Only 1 elevator worked, paint peeling, mainly looking a little tired. The issue we had was the whole resort has a couple restaurants open (even though they advertise several) - a bar and a buffet. The others listed are closed. The kitchen staff is providing for both bar (snack type food) and the buffet. It was not good food and the place is severely understaffed. We got in late, the buffet was for paid supper guests only, so our choice was the bar - they had 1 fella working the bar and taking and fetching food orders from the kitchen located on the floor below. It took almost an hour for our order of a simple chicken wrap with fries. It quite Frankly was disgusting and we ended up leaving most of it. The poor waiter was literally running as it was quite busy trying to accommodate quite a few guests. I did talk to the night manager about how terrible it was that the waiter was trying to accommodate us all. And there was zero help and some very unhappy patrons. The next morning we had the paid for breakfast buffet and maybe the hotel was short of forks but there was none to be found! The line up for the egg station was ridiculous, again understaffed. And the food again was not good, fresh or hot. The fruit had obviously been cut up days prior as it was soggy and non edible. I would not recommend this resort because of the food and staffing. There are probably better resorts for the same cost.

Nice hotel but horrific restaurant. It is close to the Dead Sea and the hotel loddy and rooms are nice. The dinner was a shocking experience. Empty dishes, very poor taste foods. Tables were uncleaned, there were only one waitress. I would never come back here.

Great hotel, friendly staff, experience in the dead sea was great, for sure will come back, food was ok, noone asked us if we want juice, clean rooms wifi good, very big hotel, lot of swimming pools, clean

I'm was her last week at nice hotel I'm really was so happy from everything Rooms was super clean well maintained and well tidying super bathroom cleanliness leavel it's up to 5stars hotel food was good Fantastic pools have with best service from all team 👏 Happy to visit again with my family Big thanks to all team 🙏

we used the hotel on recent dead sea tour was 25jd for buffet lunch and use of pools and dead sea beach the buffet was actually really good with plenty of options including shawarmas from the grill...also had beef and rice which was hot and tasted really good had a couple pints there 8jd plus taxes £9.50 a pint...cold petra lager but pricet they have happy hour there between 3pm-pm but only a couple options beach was a good walk from reception but theres a caddy cart that will drop you and collect afterwards beach condition was just ok and whole beach area really needs a little TLC but overall we spent a few enjoyable hours at the hotel
