Quite old building and outdated furniture. Walking distance to the beach, big pools for children and adults. Just a normal breakfast, with oily roti canai made by Bangladeshi which could not be consumed unless you are a person who loves to eat oily food. Cafe roof beams full of dust which dropped on our foods.

Old building and facilities. Breakfast biasa2 je. Main attractions are the pools and the beach. Kids room tak sempat pergi. Tp tu la pool guard strict gila on attire and spoiled our mood huhu. (Adult pool only)

The first experience before has made me so excited to come here again. Everything remains tidy and clean around the resort. Friendly front desk, employees who helped us well. However, we are quite disappointed due to the condition of the room, which: 1. black moss in the bathroom that is not cleaned perfectly. The type of door is so difficult to get in and out (need to change another type). 2. The bed provided looks lopsided and seems almost broken. Very uncomfortable to sleep. 3. There is no closed path for the villa section provided. It's a bit difficult because it's raining and with small children. Please make sure the quality of the room is taken care of because the atmosphere here is very beautiful and peaceful. This comment is for improvement from a family that loves cleanliness and comfort.

I love this place so much! Its a bit far from the Cherating Beach / Ombok Cafe area but this hotel have access of private beach! They even have a main pool and private pool facing the beach along with bean bags! There's also mini pool waterpark which convenient for family, along with children playroom! The room is so comfortable and nice! Will definitely stay here again!

kids friendly, my daughter love it..

Arrived at 5pm to check in but need to wait until 6pm due to room not yet ready, few more people waiting in lines to get their room key, front staff just busy doing their own job (dunno what are actually they do) and not give us clear explanation for the delay. Even thought they apologized, unsatisfied with the check in experience here (they should provide some complementary for the guests who needs to wait). Room cleanliness average, bathroom quite dirty got some stains in sink and toilet bowl. Waterpark is big enough for kids but not really clean, they should provide easy access for guest to go to pool. They closed most of the gates only have one gate open. Breakfast are varieties, got a lot of choices. Tasty.

Pools and most facilities were closed when we arrived (late) and got up early. Access to beach is very convenient and open in the morning. Room is spacious as we were upgraded to Deluxe Room due to availability. Building structure is quite old and needs better maintenance. Towels need to be replaced. However it was still considered well kept. Staff are friendly and can speak good English.

The location of this hotel is excellent by the beach. The surrounding atmosphere is also very beautiful and calming. There is also a water play area for children, making it suitable for families. The service is also good. However, there are two issues: the furniture in the room is too old, and there are sand flies on the beach.
