I have stayed here a number of times and would never stay anywhere else in Alanya! We arrived late and were given a lovely meal which we weren't expecting. The staff are all happy, friendly and attentive. The food is fresh, local and delicious. Plenty of choice at each meal so we only bought lunch on one day as we were still full from breakfast. Amanda (the manager) is so helpful and got us out of a pickle with our transfer (we booked the wrong day!) and within 10 minutes she'd got us another taxi and agreed a fare. The rooms are clean with everything you need and I had a beautiful view of the sea and the castle. Would 100% stay again.

This hotel is just the absolute best. All the staff couldn’t do enough for my family when we came. The breakfast offers a very wide range of food for everyone, and they even provided gluten-free options for one of our party, which was a lovely touch. The poolside was always kept clean, and the poolside staff were incredibly attentive. They made sure we stayed hydrated and were always happy to provide the lunch menu, which had a great selection for everyone. The rooms were spotless and always immaculate. The shower was powerful, and the sink was big and clean – always well-maintained. I would highly recommend anyone to come and stay at the Grand Okan Hotel. While you’re here, be sure to visit: • Green Beach, where live singers Enis and Gokan perform, and Murat – the best barman ever – is working. • Villa Okan, where Attach sings most nights – the food is amazing. • Mahperi, the oldest restaurant in Alanya, which offers very fine dining. If you visit any of these places, the Grand Okan even offers a drop-off service, which adds a special touch to the night. A special mention goes to the manageress, Amanda. She is simply the best – so lovely and welcoming. She is also extremely kind to her staff. We think she’s amazing and truly an asset to the hotel. Thanks to her, the hotel is kept safe, clean, and absolutely lovely! We will definitely be returning to this outstanding hotel

Can't recommend this hotel enough lost count how many times I've stayed there.Amanda and all her staff are professional and polite with a warm welcome.Rooms are clean beds/pillows comfy,Good food with a variety of choses..Stones throw to beach and everything you need close at hand shops,restaurants ect.Special thanks to Amanda,Ekrem and Sercan will see you all soon

this hotel as everything for everybody, Amanda the general manager is there to help if you need it,food beds pool staff wonderful beach on the doorstep . If you want the perfect hotel this is the one to go to ,just read everybodies reviewsfor your selfs we all cant be wrong will be returning back again. thank you amanda Shirley & Robin yorkshire xx

We really love this hotel very clean staff are polite and helpful.Food is very good .Also it is right in the middle of everything the beach is at the back of hotel.Shops and restaurants right on your door step no taxis anywhere which is lovely.can’t wait to visit again

Fabulous hotel, 5*** rooms spotlessly clean, bed linen egyptian cotton, beds so comfortable, food amazing, staff so attentive, Amanda the manager fantastic nothing too much trouble for her to organise for her guests from a special dining experience, a hamman spa or a transfer to the airport..highly recommend staying at this hotel..thank you for having us stay !

What a beautiful hotel - the rooms and views are amazing - the beds are very comfortable - the rooms are very clean as is the whole hotel - all the staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble- food is great and varied - Amanda is very welcoming and such a friendly and lovely lady - thank you for an amazing few days - Mal Watts

The best hotel in Alanya. Our second visit to this amazing hotel and it was all we had hoped for and more. The views, the staff, the facilities, the food were all outstanding. Perfect location, the beach is a 2 minute walk away. The castle and marina are a short bus journey away with the bus stop outside the hotel. I would book again without any hesitation.

I have arrived at midnight and upon checking in the receptionist asked me if I am hungry to which I thought, oh how thoughtful, but then he said the they have food from the buffet from the day before! Not from the same day but from the day before, why would you even store food that has been cooked two days ago in a hotel is beyond me, so I said no to his offer for obvious reasons. The rooms are nice and spacious but noisy, I had my earplugs so I can sleep. Towels are so dated and stink of bleach. At breakfast if you would like fresh orange juice it's 3 euro, I have travelled Europe, Africa, Asia many times but such a thing I've never seen, not in a 4* hotel. It gets worse, for breakfast you have water cooler but they take it away for dinner so you have to pay even for water , it's embarrassing. At the beach there is a designated area with sunbeds and umbrella but again for an extra charge. There is a safe if the room but if you want to use it , additional charge for it, per day ! The beach towels can be rented for additional charge..Food at breakfast and diner is a hit and miss , very repetitive and there is always dishes from the diner served at breakfast, very minimal meat options, mainly some mish mash veg dishes ...this is a 4 * hotel keep that in mind ! The only good thing about it is that there is a good WiFi even on the beach and they let you shower in a room(only untill 4pm) after you check out. I would never go back.
