I have stayed here a number of times and would never stay anywhere else in Alanya! We arrived late and were given a lovely meal which we weren't expecting. The staff are all happy, friendly and attentive. The food is fresh, local and delicious. Plenty of choice at each meal so we only bought lunch on one day as we were still full from breakfast. Amanda (the manager) is so helpful and got us out of a pickle with our transfer (we booked the wrong day!) and within 10 minutes she'd got us another taxi and agreed a fare. The rooms are clean with everything you need and I had a beautiful view of the sea and the castle. Would 100% stay again.

First time visiting the Grand Oken and Alanya, was not disappointed, had a fantastic holiday was sad to leave,our room was nice, comfortable bed, very clean, good was good, always found something to eat and the salad bar was amazing, so much choice. Friendly staff, reception very nice and Amanda very helpful. we will definitely be returning next year, hopefully for 2 weeks as a week went far to quick.

Perfect location, right by the beach. The manager (Amanda) and the staff are fantastic, they really can’t do enough for the guests. Rooms are great, towels and bedding are changed regularly. Half the rooms have either a full or partial sea view. The others have either a street view, pool or Mountain View. The food is possibly one of the best I have experienced. We will definitely return in the near future

2 hour transfer time. Hotel is very nice, staff very friendly. I had a sea view room which was lovely. The food was ok not great breakfast was poor eggs every morning. Lots of cheese and salad. There was no disabled access into the pool and the shingle beach has a shelf when you try to get out so not good if you’re not good on your legs. The hotel is on a busy street with shops restaurants bars on the doorstep. Would I return no only because of the swimming situation for myself. Otherwise it’s a lovely resort and very hot. Air con in the room was fab. And a great shower too.

Amazing hotel, clean, great food and great staff. I couldn’t be happier with a hotel stay. Manager Amanda is kind, caring and really does care about her guests. If a personal experience is what you want from a hotel this is most definitely the place.

Love everything about this hotel, location, rooms, food, cleanliness, staff and what I like is familiar faces amongst the staff which is always a good sign . I would 100 percent recommend if your thinking about going DO you won’t regret it, thank you for another wonderful stay.

Where to begin ...the hotel itself is nice enough.. very clean which is nice .proximity to the beach is fantastic which is a big plus ...food is ok although not very varied and breakfast is being cleaned away at 9:45am despite being open till 10 and drink choice ( not alcohol) is limited .The biggest negative for me is the lack of all inclusive .. means no lunch unless you pay ( again) and everything including water has to be paid for . You even have to pay to hire the sunbed and parasols on the beach. There is only one place you can get drinks / coffees or food outside of mealtimes ( altho tbh the food cooked here that you pay for is very nice ) ...and no snacks ( crisps nuts etc) available... entertainment is non existent so you have to go off site for any sort of nightlife . The pool is very small and has no low level slope to enter ....you have to go down a pool ladder ....not very inclusive if your mobility isn't great . On a more positive note tho staff are pleasant and helpful. They offer a 'lunch packing your going to miss breakfast because of an excursion....mine was 90%lettuce ...not really a lunch in my eyes . Overall nice enough but wouldn't book again sadly.

3rd Time visiting this Hotel. Staff lovely and friendly and the Manager Amanda is amazing. Always willing to help in any way she can Food is plentiful and caters for all nationalities . Spoke to other people that were in expensive and larger hotels and they all said food wasn’t up to standard. We enjoyed all our meals. Hotel and swimming pool area is cleaned everyday. No rush for the sunbeds. Talking with other guests at the Hotel. Some have been coming back every year for over 10 years. That says everything about the standard of this Hotel. Close to all amenities. Shops bars and restaurants. Beach is only across the narrow road from hotel. Can walk into the main Strip of bars nightclubs and more shops in about 10 minutes so no need for taxis Would we return to this Hotel. Yes we would

I would say the location is best and perfect for all the things that you could do in Alanya. The hotel staff is helpful, service focused and respectful. The food was satisfactory and there was a Turkish night concept we loved it. The room is neat and found clean. The pool area is just enough though we have enjoyed the beach easily accessible. Overall its a peaceful hotel not feeling like packed and in chaos.

2nd time staying at the okan! And once again it didn't disappoint, Amanda the manager could not do more for people and answers every question with a smile and no complaints! The rooms are clean, the food is delicious and the pool is perfect. The staff are absolutely fab and was excellent to see some familiar faces who remember who we were! And absolutely doted on the littlen we were with! Amanda even took time out to walk with her! Would always recommend this hotel! You would not be disappointed x
