The hotel is well located and you can get to places quite easily. Looks nice on the exterior but the rooms were quite old and not very well maintained. Bathtub is not clean.. Lock of toilet was faulty and I even got stuck inside the toilet for awhile. Overall ok stay, free bfast was great as its fuss free for bigger groups.

The Haven is a really good location just in the heart of town. There’s a mini mart right in front of the hotel where you can exchange currencies. They have ample of services such as luggage storage if you need to store it until your flight. The security staffs help you to get your luggage on the car in the busy traffic. Over all, I loved the experience there, would definitely stay again.

Convenient location, service average but for the price is acceptable.

An oasis in the heart of Seminyak. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t feel more relaxed during my first night in Bali. The hotel is beautiful with a number of swimming pools. The location is great, just a short trip to lots of restaurants and bars.

Excellent service with a smile. Location is perfect for walking distance beach, shopping outlets.All within a few minutes walk only. Buggy service to the beach & a short 10-minute walk back. Amazing sunset worth the wait at beach sun deck managed by The Haven on the beach. .

The bedroom wasn’t as clean as I expected. The overall bed and room appliances were a bit outdated also. During my stay there was some maintenance work being done so it was too loud to relax in the hotel.

Loud music every night until 3am ,resort now a bit tired but position is good .

Environment was good and breakfasts were nice and yummy. Staff were helpful too.

Noisy rooms with very thin walls which you hear conversation, coughing, alarm or any small sound a room next door makes. Amenities are very limited. Hand towel is NOT available (only bath towel is provided) unless you stay at the suite room. I stayed in 3 types of rooms during my stay, and I could tell you that all these rooms including suite, premier (supposed to be updated furnitures) and superior (worst room ever) are all quite old and worn. If you plan to stay at a quite hotel, you might want to think about staying at suite room or villa, but with that price, you might wanna think about checking out other well known global brand hotels. Gym was minimum, so is breakfast. Swimming pool is nice at the suite area, but not for the regular rooms.

I stayed with a room facing the swimming pool, but when checking in I was given a room facing the street. After changing rooms, I got the room as ordered. At check-out, the fee calculation process takes quite a long time, up to half an hour.
