Good hotel, close in the city. Short distance to the beach, with several good restaurants for dinner during sunset.

All staffs are amazing, very kind, helpful and attentive. They always ready to bring us by car to the beach for breakfast. We enjoyed the beautiful, clean, quiet beach a lot - completely different from Kuta. And we always walk back 5 minutes to the hotel to dry ourselves out. It’s the hotel’s own beach club so we get free long chair & towels by the beach. This is very good and convenient.

Only problem we had was that theres no bidet 😅 8/10 would recommend and stay here again

When first arrived the hotel there was no one attend to us, we waited about 10mins and someone finally came. The hotel is very old, the lift is old and slow, can consider an upgrade on this. Swimming pool only the one at level 3 is well maintained. There was a cockroach in the room 🫠. The staffs were really friendly. Breakfast spread does not have much varieties, so it’s more or less the same everyday. There’s free buggy ride from hotel to nearby beach and seafood place.

The place is very near the beach and good location. The hotel seems nice from the lobby and also the room but once you are inside some stuff are very uncomfortable: to stay in the bathroom need to turn of the lights of the whole house and you can imagine during the night..also there’s no privacy if you do the shower, will be always open area. the floor is super dangerous, very easy to fall from the internal stairs. I asked to fix the wifi two times and it only works for only one hour after the IT comes, very disappointed. Breakfast nothing special but is ok.

We stayed at one of the royal villas and had an amazing experience! The villa was spacious and beautiful, and had a shared pool with the other villas. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff was so kind. Thank you to Sika for your excellent service and hospitality!

They upgraded me to the family suite. The staff were very friendly. Welcome drinks and cake was served and so good. Thank you ! 🫶🏼

Overall has a pleasant stay, the place is quiet. The restaurant behind the hotel serves good food.

Price is reasonable, room is big , old fashion style, good.

Главный плюс этого отеля- добрый, отзывчивый , внимательный и всегда готовый прийти на помощь персонал! Везде чисто, завтраки обычные, съедобные. Отель требует ремонта, но при всем этом, есть все базовые удобства, нареканий нет. Кому не принципиальна новая мебель, потертости- рекомендую. Есть шаттл до пляжа, у нас был включен также трансфер до аэропорта. Ребята молодцы, стараются. Сделать бы там апгрейд, было бы совсем круто!

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切です。現地ツアーとの間にトラブルがあった時、メールを書くのを手伝って下さったり、バリの電話番号を持っていなかった私の代わりに電話して下さったり、WhatUpで何回もやり取りしたりしてくれました。申し訳ないと言うと、これが私たちの仕事だから気にしないで、といつも言ってくれました。結局ツアーに参加できなかった私を、返金を求めた方がいいと励ましてくれ、メールを書くのも手伝ってくれました。 ビーチも近く、パラソルやビーチベッドのあるビーチクラブにカートで送迎してくれるので、ゆっくり過ごすことができます。 部屋はとても広く、バリのエッセンスに溢れています。ただ、古めのホテルなのでコンセントの位置が悪く使いにくかったり、USBの差し込み口はないので注意が必要です。お風呂も広くバスタブとシャワーがあり、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープはとても良い香りがしました。

Остонавливались на 3 дня в путешевствии по Бали. Прекрасный, атмосферный отель. Полное ощущение приватности, тихо, красиво. Очень интересные двухэтажные номера, уютный бассейн , рядом храм - попали на церемонию. Персонал очень дружелюбный, отличные завтраки. Много национальных деталей - халаты, светильники, картины, мебель. Хороший ,красивый СПА, дороговато, конечно, но, работают на дорогой косметике. И, результат - на лицо)) Кто предпочитает небольшие , тихие, бутик отели- однозначно рекомендую к посещению.
