Dịch vụ này rất tốt. Trà chiều được cung cấp. Hồ bơi trong sân độc lập không được sử dụng một vài lần. Nhưng tắm ngoài trời thực sự quá...bạn cần phải cầm ô hoặc bôi kem chống nắng để tắm. Khi xe đưa đón tới bãi biển của khách sạn, Meow Meow thích ghé qua ăn uống 😅

Tôi đặt phòng có hồ bơi riêng, rất rộng, hồ bơi riêng cũng rất rộng rãi, phục vụ tận nơi. Giường là loại màn chống muỗi, nhà vệ sinh và phòng tắm ở bên ngoài phòng ngủ, không gian thoáng đãng, tất nhiên là riêng tư không có vấn đề gì, cảm giác tổng thể là tốt.

The villa is quite old including all the equipments, decorations etc. and the bed is really dirty, it seems that I was bite by the bugs all the night.

私密性很好，酒店不大房間也不多，但是那種度假的氛圍感特別棒。酒店的早餐還可以送到房間，這點特別好。另外還有免費的機場接送以及免費的接駁車，免費的minibar和免費的下午茶。spa的感受也非常好👍

酒店環境不錯，從一樓泳池可以走到海邊，離海很近，到海邊超便利！酒店工作人員也比較親切，管家貼心，很細心，提供了很多便利~

From the very minute we walked out of the airport we were met by Agung, an outstanding member of the butler team, to Wayan, our driver that took us on a number of day tours to Ubud, Uluwatu temple, and the monkey forest, the lobby staff Erna, Silvi and Ayumi and the restaurant staff Yuli, Yuni and Dian we could not have had a better holiday over the 10 nights. The resort is private, secure and beautifully kept everyday. The garden staff to the cleaning staff and turn down staff were so polite and worth every dollar they are paid. We could not recommend this resort more highly and for our first ever trip to Bali, the staff and resort have allowed us to have the best experience with our 2 daughters Sarah and Sienna and when we were taken to the airport to return home, both our girl cried as they did not want to leave Agung, they wanted to take him home with us. To all the staff whose names we didn't know or mention, we thank you and to the staff we have named, we love you and welcome you to our family. My sister and I had a 60 minute massage at the on-site spa early on our leaving flight day with Dian and Yuyon. A beautiful, relaxing, professional experience I can highly recommend. We stayed at Kayumanis 3 nights and felt pampered and looked after. The grounds and our villa were a balm to the soul, so green and tranquil. I will carry the memory of swimming in the large pool with me all year! We hope to return next year.

Everything is designed for tranquility, luxury and relaxation. From the villas with private pools, living areas and sleeping areas, no attention to detail has been missed! Everything is exceptional and 11 out of 10!! All staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The Kayumanis Spa was a true slice of heaven with a perfect 90 min massage by Devi - you will definitely want one every 2nd day!!! Lastly all the staff behind the scenes that keep the gardens in such pristine shape, the room attendants and hospitality staff- a big thanks!!! You all make it a wonderful experience!!

The villas and staff are amazing!! The pool in our villa was fabulous. The food was fabulous. The staff fabulous. Nothing was ever too much trouble, we were always greeted with a smile. Erna & Bagus at front of house and everyone else spoilt us so much. Desi and Pits in the spa were fabulous. Such a perfect place to stay.

We checked in to Kayumanis for short, too short it turned out, stay after a hectic 7 nights in Kuta with family and it was the perfect way to finish off our stay in Bali. Everything about our stay was incredible, from coordinating our transfers from our previous hotel, to the food, the service, the villa and the amazing spa treatments. The staff here are incredible, everyone we encountered, from the front desk, to the restaurant and beach club, housekeeping, spa staff and even the gardeners greeted us like we were family and went out of their way to make our visit as perfect as it could be. The food was delicious and fresh, with beautiful flavours served delightfully. Our villa was amazing, simple but so relaxing with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. To be able to just close the doors and relax in our own private world with our amazing pool was just what we needed after a week of being offered shopping, taxis, girls and the other “delights” of Kuta. The Beach Club is fantastic, albeit a bit of a hike from the villas, but we made use of the free bicycles to get down there which was a bit of fun and a very easy flat ride. Special mention to the Mango Daiquiris at the Beach Club, delicious !! The bikes are so handy, everything you might need is a short 5-10 minute bike ride away, so make sure you take advantage of them, unless you want to use the complimentary local shuttle service. We enjoyed amazing spa treatments, thanks to our lovely friendly therapists Devi and Alit, unbelievably good massages ! The property is less than a 10 minute drive to Bali National, still one of favourite courses anywhere in Asia, another bonus. Overall, an incredible experience that we enjoyed so much that we are already planning our next visit.

Beautiful resort, wonderful staff,food was excellent. A much needed holiday at Kayumanis. Thanks to all the lovely staff for a great holiday. Beach dinner we had was fabulous as were the massages, room service and attention to detail cleaning our rooms. Thankyou to all the team at Kayumanis we will be back in December.

Hard not to relax here! The individual walled private villas, seperate living and bedroom areas made for the perfect stay. We were spoilt with daily cleaning and trim down service. It’s also the little things that make the biggest impacts, like the Xmas stockings left on the bed on Christmas Eve, and the service from the staff was second to none. Big shout out to Eva at Tetaring who greeted us with the warmest smiles every day and was so attentive. Also, Saras & Sri Wati at the on site spa have golden hands. Mini bar, fruit and biscuits refilled every day. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back. My only suggestion to improve the stay is change the general pool area into a bar/lounge, all villas have a pool & there’s no shade there, then we’d never have to leave. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Just finishing our 7 night stay at Kayumanis Villas and we have had a wonderful time. Staff are friendly and very accomodating. We ate in both restaurants and the beach grill and all the food was excellent and we are real foodies. I had several massages at the spa all of which were very relaxing. It is a five minute stroll down a private path to the private beach area and just 11 minute walk to the Bali collection. If i had to find one negative and it is hard to fine one, i would say black out blinds are needed in the room otherwise you are awake at the crack of dawn. Overall a relaxing, peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable stay.
