Jacuzzi was not well maintained. Was informed by the reception upon check-in that our room was upgraded, but its what we had booked for. Room was not soundproof. We could hear a couple fighting in the middle of the night. Toilet didn't had proper ventilation. Plus point was the rooftop pool. Seminyak Square and 24hrs Coco supermarket is just stones away. Average stay, excellent location.

Hotel is located center of Seminyak , easy to access . There are many restaurants nearby

Super pleased with this hotel, the staff were really accommodating as I was particular with my room choice. I didn't get breakfast so I can't comment but I would head out as theres so many choices close by.

Facility was good. Location is ideal and easy to find. Price is reasonable. Definitely worth to stay there again

Super good hotel. Clean cozy and comfortable! Everything was good, hotel near to lots of good food and shopping just that the period we went, was super peak and the roads around the area jam super badly so had to wait for grab/gojek for quite some time + stuck in jam as well. But definitely will come back to this hotel!

A little disappointing as the location we picked wasn't convenient for us. There are often massive traffic congestion even at odd hours of 2am in front of the hotel. During the day, it can get even more hectic with cars and motorcycles passing by it with many crowds nearby as it was a popular spot for tourists. We also found that you can get a cheaper rate with nearby other accommodation compared to this. Should do more research at Seminyak before booking any hotels or villas. For the room wise is pretty basic and the bathtub was nice. However, the balcony had no view as we were facing an abandoned building.

Location was really good. Hotel was very clean too!! Convenience store just opposite and supermarket is few about 2-3mins walk away. Will definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay here, room was spacious and clean. Pefect location close to restaurants and bars. One minor issue is that the pool area is all shaded . If you enjoy lying in the sun then you will have to go to the beach.

Located at the heart of Seminyak. Nearby to shops, cafes and supermarket. Walking distance to La Favela and Seminyak Square. Rooms are comfy for 2 guests but doesn’t have access to balcony. Swimming pool view overlooking beach.

Right bang in the middle of the action...but not noisy. Dreadfully designed soulless building... the architects had more money than sense. Kinda like an upscale prison. Average restaurant. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. It's not the sort of place you'd be rushing back to, however.
