I’m a returning guest. The room is spacious, good amenities and size just nice. However, I personally experience the floor in the room feel dusty and sticky each time I came to stay in this hotel.😓 The bedsheet sometimes feel dusty so had to clean on my own. Even after I complaint & give feedback many times to the receptionist, and each time I actually got different room, BUT the floor always feel sticky. I think the housekeeping need to regularly open the room window and make sure air flow into the room or make sure the floor dry after they mopped it. Other than Hotel need to improve room & toilet cleanliness, I was satisfied with the room space & facilities in the hotel.

The parking lot, room, amenities, cleanliness was okay and I recommended to others if you want to stay here.

Nice room. All lights work. Comfortable. Food is good for the price. The cafe staff is nice. Clean toilet.

Check in for one night with big family. 2 queen beds and spacious room. Toilet also big. Parking easy to find. In front of hotel got foodcourt. 10 mins to Pantai Klebang.

Everything was okay 👍🏼 Nice bedroom 😇 But for toilet a bit smelly 😐 My suggestion must put perfume like a glade 👍🏼 Easy for car park

Pros : A lot of parking spaces & free Super wide room 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Got iron and iron board (at the corridor) Quick check out process Got swimming pool (but need to walk 2mins from hotel) Reasonable prices (paid RM160+/night inc breakfast) Breakfast was okay (curry is the best) Cons : TV got no signal the whole time we stayed there The bath towel provided smelled bad (bau hapak) - not properly cleaned The kettle in the room cannot be used (I already put water inside to heat it) - but got coway at the corridor The aircond already old and not cool after we adjust the temperature (room 725) The aircond will function normally when we first enter the room, so dont dare to adjust the temperature Others : Deposit is RM50 and need to pay heritage fee RM2

I paid breakfast separately and surprisingly the food totally out! Sausage rasa teruk mcm guna minyak masak yg dh goreng ikan or apa xthu. Baked beans tasteless, Fried Mee Goreng rasa hangus.. not worth for RM20/head. Really need to improve. I pernah tido hotel ni 4 years back and during that time their breakfast really good.. pleasa do something guys

Old property, not well maintained. No porter to help on checking in. No security using lift from car park to rooms. Need upgrade badly.

Perfect location especially for breakfast since it is located opposite Warung robiah which provide a variety of delicious food.

Basically. All trips are okay. Some suggestions are given to upgrade services. Some “scary women hairs” are found on the floor. Means the room is not well vacuumed before passed to guest. Dusts also lovely lies at tv consoles and other room’s edges. The saddest thing; toilet bowl is mouldy. Means room is not well organised and serviced.

I like the hotel the most. It is cleaned,organized, and very convinient. The warong in front of the hotel serve a lot of meals which we can enjoy with cheap price.
