Кто дал этому отелю три звезды - непонятно. Территория не большая, номера в состоянии - не разваливается, да и ладно. Чем-то похоже на базы отдыха в Адыгее возле теплых источников. Обслуживание норм, ребята стараются. Возле отеля живут джиперы, которые возят людей на вулкан - соответственно будьте готовы к тому, что они будут полночи и утром без устали гонять моторы.
