Hotel Suma

its my first experience with Suma Hotel, I booked 2 rooms for 2 days, unfortunately I can't show up on the first day due to emergency family reason ( my old brother passed away on the first day ) I tried to call to the number on the trip.com shown up, but its just an answer machine spoke, so I come on the 2nd day, and teh sold my room to other guest without any confirmation from us, without any call or any further information, so please, be carefull, even you paid for your booking, it doesn't mean confirmed that you will get the room👎 very bad experience with Suma Hotel👎

Rooms and pool were great, fresh flowers and pool towels available to use each day - staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Only negative was that trips were more expensive, we booked elsewhere and saved 100 rupiah p/p so worth keeping in mind. +Beautiful Grounds, Comfortable Bed, Pool looked nice but I didn’t use it -Listing is inaccurate. There is no free filtered water dispenser, only available during breakfast. Single use plastic water bottles placed in room. -I was frequently irritated by cigarette smoke from both staff and tourists. The “nonsmoking” area for breakfast was mere feet away from smoking tourists. Tourists here were extremely loud. I moved after the first night due to horrible noise from the pool area and the male next door frequently yelled very loudly for unknown reasons. He additionally smoked on the balcony and his smoke drifted into my room. After moving, staff goofed off for a couple of hours chatting loudly near my room. I continued to be annoyed by ridiculously loud tourists in nearby rooms as well as their cigarette smoke. -I paid for their pricey private dolphin tour on arrival not realizing that the price was much cheaper in a nearby shop and on the street. I expected they would use a good boat captain, but he was rude. Didn’t even introduce himself and ended the 2-hour tour half an hour early for unknown reasons. I complained to staff about the tour but they didn’t care. Manager ignored my refund request, altho I repeated it several times. -I have been traveling in Asia for over 3 months and rarely have been disappointed in my hotels. I left 2 days early without any refund. I will stick with homestays in the future where hosts actually want guests to have a good experience and cheerfully address any concerns.

I had great time at Hotel Suma. A very fair price for spacious, clean and well furnished rooms. Swimming pool size is large and well designed. In fact the whole place is a piece of art on its own. The food restaurant is surely above the hotels' average. Furthermore, breakfast (5 delicious options from the menu) was included in the deal. Staff are friendly and yet very efficient. My special thanks go to JJ and Cariani for their kind, professional and prompt assistance during my stay at the hotel. Everything is just amazing to the point I want to go back (right now!) 🙂

I arrived after a very long drive. I had booked on *********** and could show the hotel the confirmation email from ***********, proof of payment, confirmation number, PIN number, Despite this, the hotel told me they were fully booked and had no room for me. They refused anything to resolve the situation and would not refund the payment. They seemed completely disorganised. They would not call ***********. I want a refund. seems a scam to me.

Worth Every Details We found Suma through online and fell in love with the hotel. Breakfast was superb, even just a simple one - Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng but it comes very tasty. We had #101 - a ground floor room with a huge king bed plus 1 twin bed. They’re so extra. Bathroom is complemented with beautiful bathtub that our daughter loves at most. The manager was a super nice lady, typically Balise woman who greet us nicely every time we met. Know how exactly hospitality service. Already plan my next visit soon. Cannot wait to be back.

Beautiful place and friendly staff

We have just completed a two week stay at the Suma Hotel Lovina and we were made to feel part of the family. Iluh and Budi are so welcoming and the staff are wonderfully happy and helpful. Even after COVID the property has been kept exceptionally clean and the value for money is amazing. Due to covid, many of the businesses in the street are closed, but more life is slowly returning to the area. Simple but delicious breakfasts are included in the price. We can highly recommend the Superior Sea View Room which has views of the ocean from one side and pool, mountain and garden views from the balcony. Thank you also to Ketut , Komang and all the trainees, who made our stay a delight. Dinners in the restaurant sometimes include fun and frivolity with karaoke for those who want to get involved!!

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, idéalement placé à 20 mètres de la mer pour admirer les dauphins. Chambre comprenant la climatisation, un balcon, articles de toilettes, une prise anti-moustique, un réfrigérateur et café/thé. Bon petit déjeuner avec un plat, une boisson chaude et un jus de fuits au choix. La piscine est très agréable au milieu de la végétation avec transat et serviette de piscine fournis. Petit bémol concernant la restauration nous avons dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel, les plats n'étaient pas très bon et les prix plus chère que dans le quartier. Je recommande ++
