The location is clearly beautiful, the buildings and rooms are excellent, but the real stars are the staff. The staff were beautifully helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Loved it.

Very spacious rooms and great amenities for little children. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast with view of the rice fields and mountains. When leaving our car broke down and Mr Arta helped us a lot with getting in touch with Toyota service

The best hotel in Lovina! Very beautiful, with compact territory, very well maintained! The food in the hotel is extremely delicious! All types of rooms are very spacious, I am staying for the 6th time in this hotel and everything is always perfect! The staff is extremely kind, very good and kind people! the restaurant on the shore is very nice and there are always many musicians who play and sing beautifully! the spa massages are unique !!!It is a pleasure to come back here every time and choose this hotel!

Excellent service! The staff incredibly helpful, friendly and accomadating. Choose the time you want your room cleaned,makes using room and facilities a breeze. You are made to feel special, they remember your name, how you like to have your ...? We had a huge spacious apartment on 2nd storey with balcony. Beautiful pool to lounge around and seim in. Highly recommend for a restful relaxing holiday. Indulge in the Balinese massages!

酒店衹免費提供兩瓶特別特別小瓶的水，如果你想讓前台送幾瓶水需要付費，5塊一瓶，不是很划算，而且房間有蚊蟲叮咬，如果衹是去追海豚過渡一晚也就還行，不過我們那天並沒追到海豚，酒店人員告訴我們因為天氣原因無法出海，還是有些遺憾的

Very poor customer handling. Communication also very very poor. Handling of loyal customer is really not good. Very disappointed to stay there but no option since we have arrived after long travel. Few staff is not humble and cannot handle on mis communication.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a 2 bed pool villa which was amazing overlooking the beach and 2 steps from the Sunset Beach bar. From the staff to the facilities it could not be faulted. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. If you want the bars and disco's, you are in the wrong spot. But if you want tranquility and some great food and spa treatments, this is the place to come. The hotel offers a free shuttle into 'town' that runs until about 11.00 at night. Very convenient. We though it was very reasonably priced and definitely put Aussie 4 star resorts to shame. Only downside was the 3.5 hour drive from the airport. Took us longer to drive across the island than fly from Perth 😄 Would we come again. Most definitely.

Schöne Unterkunft am schwarzen Sand von Lovina. Freundliches Personal, Restaurant im 1 Stock mit schönem Ausblick auf die Reisfelder. Frühstück war lecker, Yoga gut. Zimmer sauber. Nur im Meer baden ging nicht, da es bei uns doch sehr aufgewühlt war.

追海豚必住。 酒店就在海灘邊。停了一溜三體船都是追海豚的。 睡到五點四十直接走去海灘上船，衹要步行一分鐘，非常方便。 房型是三卧室別墅，地中海風格建築，一樓有單獨的客餐廳，所有卧室都有單獨衣帽間，每個房間非常大，廁所更是大的過分。 一路努沙杜瓦和烏布的高奢酒店住過來，對這家本來沒有太多的期望，住起來倒是很愜意。 海灘bar離海灘很近，有當地樂隊的吉他彈唱表演，落日也是挺美的。早餐是定食不錯，午餐晚餐水準一般。 這裏沙質非常細膩，遠比努沙杜瓦的粗沙礫好的多。 可惜缺少打理，珊瑚石和海草等雜質略多。如果能好好整備一下絕對有潛力。

酒店服務還可以，有擺渡車免費出去，酒店也可以定看海豚，泳池也不錯。住的花園兩卧，有一間衹有一個小窗户，有點潮。不如分開定兩間小的

一居室和豪華房不在一個區域，要注意哦。我們定了一居室，和一個套房，説是離的很遠，把一居室給我們升級成套房了
