room is big & spacious; the bathroom has really foul smell coming from the sewage although we have report and change room the bad smell is still the same for all the rooms. I really had trouble sleeping at night becoz of the air ventilation and the bad foul smell coming out from the bathroom. not a good experience for both of us.😫

We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with pool, comfortable king size bed, loved the outdoor area for sitting and relaxing. Staff very friendly and always there to help. We liked the location at the bottom end of Sanur as it had all the restaurants etc we wanting, was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and was a lot quieter on the road which was 1 way for cars.

작은 호텔로 위치는 좋았어요. 머무르는 동안 불편함은 없었지만 객실이 오래되어 눅눅한 곰팡이 같은 냄새가 많이 났어요. 계속 공기청정기를 돌리고 있었지만 창문이 없어서인지 냄새는 났어요. 시설은 오래되었지만 관리는 잘 되어 있었고 tv 채널이 다양해서 좋았어요. 조식도 메뉴를 주문해 먹는 형태로 편리했어요. 맛도 좋았고요. 전반적으로 좋았으나 룸에서 났던 냄새는 별로였네요.

Overall good , kamar , kebersihan, makanan semuanya bagus , cm pelayanan BAR yg kurang bagus , kalau bisa jgn membedakan lokal dan turis 🙏

Très bel endroit avec un personnel très sympa. Très bien situé à côté d’excellents restaurants et proche de la plage . Petit déjeuné copieux .

A Little Paradise! We stayed here for 13 nights, my wife, 2 teenage kids and myself in the 3 bedroom villa. What a tranquil paradise this place is. The villa was huge with 3 separate bedrooms with their own private bath and shower. There was an outdoor kitchen and living area next to a decent sized pool. The Villa is located at the rear of the property, so it is away from the, at times, noisy road at the front of the hotel. The breakfast was included with the villa and was an extensive and delicious choice. I highly recommend the Nasi Gorang, Indonesia dish. We ate at the restaurant a few nights and had lunch delivered to the villa as well and couldn't fault any of the food or drinks/cocktails. The spa was also decent and reasonably priced for those relaxing massages. With all staff being extremely nice and helpful we could not fault this place.

Beautiful Sagara Villas. Loved our holiday, Villa, breakfasts, staff, service, fantastic & caring. What a wonderful place to stay. I have stayed in Bali for 30 years & this is the most beautiful place I have stayed. Will be coming back soon xx

The hotel cancelled our pre paid booking for 3 nights without any reasonable explanation. The booking had been made in July for September stay. They advised that their booking system had been faulty. They told me 48 hours before our arrival. Refund took 5 days which meant we had to self fund a lesser alternative until funds were returned. We believe our booking was cancelled in favour of a longer booking. Dreadful treatment of guests. I don’t care how good the facilities may or may not be. My advice would be to avoid and book somewhere with honesty and integrity.

Loved our 6 night stay in a suite at Sagara. The room was very big and had everything we required. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was strong and hot. We had a large hot tub which we did not use, did not think the water usage justified its use.. The pool was a good size and the temperature was good, unfortunately for us the daybeds were in the sun most of the day, but I imagine a lot of people would prefer that. The breakfast was very good with a number of choices. Great location, close to some wonderful restaurants and 5 minute walk to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and the staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay there again and would try to get a villa next time.

A great place to stay. We had a villa with our own pool. Idyllic. Lovely breakfast by the pool. Afternoon tea was included. Beautiful weather. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable for the second time. Beautiful setting with lovely plants. I would recommend staying here.

From check in to early morning check out was a breeze. Booked a room and was happy how large it is and so spacious. Hot tub outside the balcony was a plus. Stayed here for 2 nights. Imaculate and well kept gardens, friendly and helpful staff. Pool is clean and plated breakfast. Will recommend.

We only stayed for one night to stay close to the airport as we were flying home the next day. The hotel was easily located and the room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well. The staff were super helpful and we ordered room service which came within a short amount of time. The hot tub was a nice touch to the room. I would definitely stay again. We did ask about late check in but they said no. They did let us leave our bags in reception and use the facilities until our taxi.
