只能說沒有熱愛大自然的一顆心的話千萬別選這裡，住了很茫然的兩天，雖然早餐滿好吃，但這裡完全不適合我們，廁所在戶外你得跟蟲子一起大小便，地理位置離烏布市區很遠，館內也沒有合適我們的設施，只有大自然大自然大自然…..

本次峇里島第三家酒店 como 是最喜歡的一家 比六善價格貴一點點 但是細節精緻很多 衞生很好 説説Como滿意的點： 1. 房間設計，床架採用了粗的竹子，床頭和洗漱中間的隔斷是巖石，衣櫃用的是米色布簾，連拉繩都是橘色小珠串，所有的窗門都是能散進光來的編織結構木門，特別有大自然的生命氣息，陽光鑽進房間～冰桶也是木質還搭配了木勺，落地燈的柱子也是編制的木結構，所有燈罩都是有點點透光的米色材質類似風乾的皮質，床邊門口的腳墊特別美，鑰匙還有彩色珠子串鏈～ 2. 地板很乾凈，可以赤腳，細節衞生做的很好，六善細節衞生很差，地板不乾淨，不能赤腳。 3. Como早飯很好吃 點餐制 品種豐富 （六善吃的非常非常少 非常差 是我住過的奢華酒店裡最差的 難以置信） 4.工作人員很耐心，很友善，帶着我們去天然泳池，來回徒步50分鐘左右，check in 沒有收按金，check out 給了鑰匙就結束了，不用檢查房間，來的時候送了歡迎花串戴在脖子上，走的時候，喊我名字，送了鑰匙扣。（六善，check out等檢查房間起碼等了20分鐘，很連鎖正式的態度，一點不温暖） 5. 酒店的天然泳池，很治癒，下山路上風景很美很僻靜，徒步很適合～户外spa也在山谷裏 還想再去，在山谷裏做spa和天藍泳池邊躺着。

環境非常美，人與自然融為一體的感覺，鬱鬱葱葱的樹木，樹林裏的泳池，蟬鳴蛙叫，溪水潺潺，湛藍天空。但是設施有點太老久了，浴缸和馬桶都好舊的感覺。我們第二天早上被房頂的一羣猴子吵醒了，小猴子們很乖不傷人，很可愛。

Did a wellness retreat with a friend & had the BEST time! Great massages & treatments, beautiful surroundings, delicious plant-based food, nourishing activities. I really enjoyed the Balinese gratitude ceremony with Yu Dian & the biking through the village with Sumara. We also got a personal assistant to help us schedule our wellness program & Maha was also so lovely !

We booked a 3-room villa. the standards are top luxury. the staff is very kind and professional. the estate is so quiet, charming and inspiring. it was a mystic experience for both my body and soul. the atmosphere is relaxing and very cosy. the big positive surprise is the walk around the estate and mostly to the spring pools that are closed to the river and in the middle of the jungle/forest.

One of the best hotels I have been to. Everything was simply perfect. A true balinese experience away from branded hotels. Spa, suite, outdoor area. Staff beyond fantastic. Food is healthy and tasty. Would visit again for sure. July is a great time

Staying at Como Shambala was a truly a transformative experience. Delicious food, breathtaking views, and outstanding services The estate has serenity that no other place holds a candle to. The resort itself is a haven nestled in the lush jungle of Ubud, with scenery straight from a book or Ghibli film. Our room was luxurious and comfortable, with an infinity pool, in-room sauna, outdoor dining area, and multiple areas to lounge - a sanctuary to truly unwind. We were also close to the dining rooms and the yoga pavilion for daily classes, which was a major plus. During my stay, I had the pleasure of having Dimas as my personal assistant. His attentiveness and professionalism exceeded our expectations and his pleasant demeanor was refreshing. He went above and beyond to elevate our experience and made all our needs were met. My husband and I felt well taken care of throughout our time there. Additionally, Ayu, from activities, lead many of our guided experiences provided by the resort. We had the opportunity to do a ceremonial blessing, hydrotherapy, and a bike tour with her. She was fun, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Ubud and we really appreciated her insights. She did a great job sharing and explaining parts of the ritual and significance in her culture. We highly recommend your stay here!

Wow! Photos do not do justice of the beauty of the grounds of Como Shambala. I have not done reviews in a while but felt absolutely compelled to share my recent experience. From check-in to check-out you felt the love and warmth from everyone I encountered. Everything was seamleaa. To be greeted by your name is a special touch that no longer seems to exist in hotels of this calibre. The rooms, estate, spa etc. Were exquisite. A special thanks to the resort manager, Dudi and my butlers Ayis and Purna for their kindness and attention. You are spoiled for choice with options in Ubud but if you are looking for a top notch property that has it all and want to spoil yourself - an enclave of respite and wellness Como Shambala is it.

I had the most amazing experience here and can’t wait to go back. I travelled alone and booked a wellness package. Every aspect of the service from the airport transfer to the checkout was impeccable. My assistant Tini helped organise every part of my stay, making my days seem less and relaxed and all with a big smile! The property is beautiful, housekeeping immaculate and the quality of the food is the best I had in Bali. The treatment offering above my expectations! Don’t miss the Pilates and Hydrotherapy. I also had 3 Taksu Massages, which were the best massages I ever had. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so special and see you soon again!

We had the absolute best experience here! We were in Bali for our honeymoon for 12 days, stayed at 4 different five-star resorts. Como Shambhala had by far the best hospitality. We stayed in como shambala suite in Tirta Ening residence and our room was beautiful and spacious, especially the outdoor bathtub and jacuzzi. Food was outstanding, we especially enjoyed the breakfast with the amazing view. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for better. We traveled around a lot but we've never felt more at home and welcomed. What made our experience at Como shambala stand out the most was definitely our personal assistant Wan (Kadek Setiawan). After finishing our 12 days trip, we can confidently say that Wan was the best staff we met in Bali. We enjoyed talking to him a lot and he was very helpful in many ways. When we were curious what other residences looked like, he showed us around rooms that weren't occupied. We were so lucky to have him as our personal assistant. We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful property and outstanding service. We had personal attention from Zara....picking us up to ferry us to dinner, our bike tour and our massage. Everyone we dealt with exemplified that most Bali of qualities, an authentic friendliness and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Private exclusive options for activities. Ayu in Activities was so warm, caring, knowledgeable and incredible for the gratitude and blessing ceremonies. Dewa in Activities was super responsive, incredibly knowledgeable about Bali and Indonesia culture and history, went above and beyond to make each unique experience amazing. We can’t wait to return!
