Đó là một trải nghiệm khá tốt và đội ngũ nhân viên thực sự thân thiện với các dịch vụ tốt. Các hồ bơi nhìn abit không hấp dẫn. Khu vực ăn sáng quá nhỏ, tốt nhất bạn nên dùng bữa tại biệt thự của mình mà không phải trả thêm phí. Ồ Rmb phải mang dép đi trong phòng vì sàn nhà khá bẩn do sàn bê tông.

Thiết bị và dịch vụ môi trường rất tốt Chỉ có khăn tắm bị ố Có vẻ như nó đã được giặt rồi Nhưng tôi vẫn sẽ sợ hãi Không có thùng rác hoặc chậu rửa trong phòng tắm và nhà vệ sinh. Bạn phải sang phía bên kia để rửa.

Căn phòng siêu đẹp! Nó có phong cách tự nhiên và rất sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Nhìn từ phòng rất nhẹ nhàng. Bữa sáng bình thường, trông ngon nhưng có vị hơi bình thường.

Dịch vụ rất tốt. Hồ bơi riêng không đặc biệt sạch sẽ.

Là tòa nhà mới nên sạch đẹp🤗 Xung quanh yên tĩnh và thanh bình! Dịch vụ rất thân thiện và nhanh chóng :) Nó sạch sẽ, nhưng gần nhà hàng có rất nhiều ruồi nên tôi hơi xấu hổ.

Yes, the location is very far away from the centre of Canggu and not so convenient. But I would say that the stay here was amazing and given the price of the hotel, you don't have anything else to nitpick about. Definitely a place for those who like a quiet place and to have a spacious space to yourself. 100 worth it!

We booked for 2 nights the service is good. The room is good also but I thing I light in the room not enough bring. And feeling like looks scared

Swimming pool was great, room is very spacious, design is instagramable. Very suitable for honeymoon couple. Customer services was great, even you need help late night. Bathtub is big, can fit 2 at the same time, bed very comfy. Breakfast service very good. Very private and quiet at night, feel close to nature. Downside: Limited hot water, food is not hor when serve, swimming pool have very strong chlorine smell, no appetite to eat near the pool. Wifi signal not stable sometimes. Location is quite a distance from the closest convinience store.

A pleasant experience to stay with The Saren. We were surprised with the special “Sun Down Service” provided by the hotel to tidy up the room in the evening to make it to the ultimate staying experience.

The best hotel in bali

A really tranquil experience for us in staying at The Saren. We have been to Bali every year so far and this is the first time we are staying in Canggu area. The location is quite deep inside and nearby the Nyanyi Beach. For those not aware, it is only 10 minutes to Luna Beach Club by the beach. The service was excellent from the hotel team from their breakfast, which was excellent and the housekeeping team, with welcoming messages and cookies too. The room was really clean and smelled good too. We requested for a motorbike rental and they arranged it accordingly. All communications are via Whatsapp acting as their reception since the cafe/coffeehouse was their operating centre which was very much acceptable. Nonetheless, it was a very good experience and stay for us. Will definitely visit again if we were planning to stay in Canggu. Thank you for the great hospitality.
