Khách sạn này là một viên ngọc thực sự ở giữa rừng rậm và cánh đồng lúa, phòng của chúng tôi nhìn ra hồ bơi rất thích thú chúng tôi vào lúc bình minh với một khung cảnh tuyệt vời, căn phòng khá sạch sẽ và trong lành, muốn kéo dài thời gian lưu trú của chúng tôi, nhưng khách sạn này đã rất bận.

Vị trí không ở trung tâm thành phố, nhưng môi trường yên tĩnh, phòng gọn gàng và sạch sẽ, hồ bơi lớn và cảnh quan ruộng bậc thang rất đẹp. Giá phòng đã bao gồm bữa sáng, rất ngon và phong phú.

Khách sạn đàng hoàng, dịch vụ ổn, chỉ tiếc là khách sạn kiểu cũ chưa sửa sang gì cả.

Resort was big. Staff were nice. They helped us with the suitcases to our room. Furthermore the breakfast was also fine. In the evening a lot of salamanders, but you have that in many places in Bali. Room was big. They should replace the shower head. From the restaurant you’ll have a nice view.

Hi, My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly and courteous with a ready smile all the time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

離烏布市集有點距離，打個車也不要多久，內部環境還可以，房間內也有送水果，不過我們房間裏的感覺不太新鮮。酒店旁邊還有一家貓屎咖啡 圖為烏布市集，火舞活動現場

This hotel only feels like a 3 star hotel hence giving it 3/5. We upgraded to a villa as our original room was very tired. The villa was nice with a comfortable bed but so many little issues with it. For example, one side of the bed had no bedside table or plug so I had to use the desk chair. The outdoor bathroom was spacious but the loo was so close to the shower that it got wet every time we showered. The sink towel rail is under an open part so you couldn’t hang towels there in the rain. The construction of the villas means there are loads of open gaps and so not only is this a waste of air con, but also bugs come in. The breakfast was not good. Cheap bread and pastries that had flies all over it. Uncovered fruit. We also found one of the hotel events unacceptably bad. Cold food and badly organised. It spoiled one of our evenings. It says there is a bar but nobody is ever there and I was given an incredulous look when I asked about cocktails. It’s also really far from Ubud centre and a very limited shuttle service, which sometimes left late. There are so many staff everywhere, but they don’t seem to be doing anything. Not very impressed.

I stayed at royal ganesha Casa for 3 nights. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy, with a great view of the pool and rice fields and the nature in this hotel is absolutely gorgeous!. I had a Balinese massage in the spa which was amazing , very relaxing 10/10. Breakfast buffet was included, there could have been more freshly cooked options, but it was still good. The staff were extremely accommodating and made me feel very welcome as a solo traveller. Odin, Oka and Nia were particularly kind and very accommodating, aswell as the rest of the staff. I would rate the hospitality 10/10! Great hotel with a good location, around 10 minutes from central Ubud. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are wanting an accommodating, beautiful space to relax.

This is hidden charm in Ubud! Stay for 3D2N with my family! My kids really happy. Clean suites room, nice view and good ambience. The staff was helpfull and friendly 😍. Really love their spot and balinese-joglo corner, very aesthetic for take some photos. And also their infinity pool really beautiful. The activiies was nice, we tried the balinese dancing class with Ms.Puspita and balinese cooking class with Chef Dharma. They are very nice, we really enjoyed. The food was good. The location near ubud central and goutama street. Thank you for this amazing experience ✨

Amazing stay in Ubud! The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The hotel is set in a beautiful rice field with a stunning infinity pool overlooking the view. Great price for the quality. Highly recommend!
