very nice and beautiful hotel environment. love the infinity pool. staffs are very friendly and helpful, trying the best to respond our request. Appreciate if they do not understand and didn't get message please ask guess repeat again. don't let guest waiting for response or delivered wrong response or service. lift are light weight cannot carry heavy load as shown on the spec sheet. if more 4 than persons, lift will stop working. Towels look worn out and need refresh. Not handicap friendly. need to walk a long path before arrive at room. no cover walk way when rain. Spa need to improve, no person are maning the spa when we call to do booking.

I had an amazing stay here the place was not crowded at all which I like. The people were so friendly and attentive. I’d definitely go again. The spa at my he villa is also A1 for check it out l

Everything is good just wasted to rush for us which didnt really enjoy the stay.

Staffs are very pleasant, room layout is good and very spacious. Breakfast is delicious.

На мой взгляд полностью соответствует заявленной стоимости. Жила в люксе с видом на каньон. Каньон - это заросший густым лесом глубокий лог, внизу протекает речка. Номер просторный, есть большая ванна, к ней прилагается соль и пена) классный балкон) В номере чисто, убирали каждый день. В отеле каждый день развлекательная программа совмещенная с ужином. Еда тоже понравилась, было вкусно. Хороший СПА, красивый бассейн, как и вся территория отеля. Очень вежливый персонал)

Великолепная хостес! Ощущение джунглей, кровать шикарная, завтраки прекрасны !

조금 안쪽에 있고……. 우붓시장과는 15분 정도… 우붓은 어쩔수없이 개미… ㅠㅠ 조식이 다양해서 좋았고 음식맛도 좋았어요 한국인 후기가 너무 없어서 고민하다가 잡았는데 ㅎㅎㅎ…. 요가클래스도 오전7시타임 하나.. ㅠㅠ 시내 버스는 하루 5번정도? 우붓에서 호텔 잡으실거면 호텔이나 리조트가 높아야 벌레가 없는거 같아요😂 도움이 되셨기를☺️

3박 묵었는데 전반적으로 만족한 숙소예요. 위치는 우붓 센터에서 좀 떨어져있지만 셔틀을 운행하고 저희는 셔틀 시간이 안 맞아서 그랩 택시 이용했는데, 나올 때나 들어갈 때 다 그랩 잘 잡히고 많이 멀진 않아서 다닐 만했어요~ 서비스도 친절하고 조식도 나쁘지 않고 수영장도 크진 않지만 쉬기에 충분했어요. 매일 아침 무료 요가 수업이 있습니다.

Très belle hôtel. Un peu vieillissant. Chambre devrait être un peu plus nettoyé. Personnel super sympas et serviable . Bonne nourriture et bon petit déjeuner. Spa au top .
