Staff provided good service . Restaurant food was better than the rest of the restaurants near the villa.

프론트 직원분이 너무 친절하게 여러가지 일을 도와주셔서 아주 좋았습니다. 숙소는 조금 낡았지만 mushroom bay와 아주 가깝고 근처에 식당들이 많아서 지내기 좋은 곳이었습니다. 다만 레스토랑 직원분들은 조금 지쳐보였습니다.

酒店特別不錯，然後確實在市中心附近特別繁華，然後坐車很方便，酒店很大，很豪華，很高端。

What a great place. It wasn’t the most lush of places but for the money it was amazing. The rooms were lovely although the AC could have been better !!! The bathroom was outside and the shower was ok but hey, it worked. It was fine . I loved the island and Palm groves was just the ideal location for everything. I would definitely go back there.

Walking distance to beach and various eating spots. Delicious breakfasts every morning. Wonderful staff always ready to help.

Clean and refreshing. Villas were awesome very clean. Short walk to Mushroom Bay. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Quiet and relaxing. We were recommended these villas by friends who had stay here and we weren’t disappointed. To all the staff thank you for a wonderful stay

Great 5 night stay at the Palm Grove. We loved the location, close to bars, restaurants and easy walking to Mushroom Bay. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The room was private, clean and comfortable and the wifi worked well. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and we found it was never busy so we could easily enjoy a swim and get a sun-chair. The staff were lovely and very helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning, for us there was plenty of choice and all very nice. Would definitely stay again.

A really nice little hotel where each room is it's own little villa/hut with a really comfy bed and an outside bathroom and shower, which is a novelty coming from the UK! The location is good located a 5 minute walk from Mushroom Bay, which is a beautiful white sand beach and around 10 minutes by scooter (you can rent from the hotel for 80k all day at the time of writing - no guarantees how much fuel you get in the scooter but it's 40k for half a tank which did us all day with a couple of bars left on the fuel gauge still). The breakfast was OK, smoothie bowls were nice but very limited options for vegans so we basically had these every day! That said, it's not often we get to have dragon fruit coming from the UK so the dragon fruit smoothie bowl was the staple with an extra couple of slices of toast to bulk it out a little. I don't think there were any substantial vegan options on the food menu for lunch or dinner so we didn't eat here other than breakfast. Although at a push I'm sure you could ask for nasi goreng without the egg. The staff were really friendly and the pool area is nice but you can tell the hotel is a little bit rough around the edges in some places and I'd say the 3 star rating is accurate. There are nicer places to stay but I'd say this is a great value option.

Great hotel , very clean and quiet , staff very helpful and polite, this is a good location for the beach and local shops or restaurants, plenty of scooters to hire highly recommend , massages on site in complex
