The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met. Overall, the experience was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great customer service in a beautiful setting. I will definitely come back again whenever I go to Bali.

It’s a bit hot for their living area cause it’s open, we requested for a fan and it was given to us (but it doesn’t help much so we barely spent time together - just stayed in the rooms) Relatively clean but birds can fly into the living area and poop so have to ask them for service. Can consider these points before booking. Overall still quite satisfied 80/100

I am very pleased and enjoyed thoroughly my 5 nights stay! The setting of the entire villa is soothing, secluded with lots of privacy. The staff and service are most welcoming and commendable! They are all very accommodating and tried their best for adhoc requests which most impressive. Special mention and thank you to Soma who is so enthusiastic and energetically efficient. Pro active and constantly checking if everything is ok. I will definitely return on my future trips! Thank you all kindly for your great and hospitable service!

Perfect for families and groups wanting to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Seminyak. Great Villas with private pool, staff are friendly and Ketut stood out in making sure the visit was a memorable one. Easy connectivity to both south and north of Bali. Food options can improve.

The pool villa was really nice but not maintained well with poor plumbing in the toilet and the food at breakfast was not fresh, appealing and not vegetarian/vegan friendly. The staff could not speak very good English and were not polite which was a shame.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff and spacious villas. My group consisted of 5 ladies and we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. The breakfast is great with several options and Enik was so friendly. She remember my breakfast order and offered suggestions that were perfect. Dilla and Mawr at the front desk were helpful with advice for how to get around, we didn't know about GoGrek. Everyone is friendly and I hate I didn't write names but the guy that took my pictures and walked us to the local store; the gentlemen that spoke each morning in the restaurant making sure we didn't need anything or the manager or owner, a gentleman who wanted to make sure we had his cell phone number when we left in case we needed directions or help.

Calm, quite property where you could relax and unwind after a busy day. Very friendly and attentive staff.

This is a very good place for stay and staff is also very helpful.Special mention of Roma ,the receptionist and Ketuk,the in-charge of Redtaurant.These both were very helpful and provided us excellent service during our stay.5/5 to both of these guys.

What an amazing stay! My husband and I were celebrating our tenth anniversary and they went all out for us.. i was blown away! The staff, the manager, everyone was so kind and treated us with real warmth. I will recommend this place to anyone i know
