Great service , in public area . Have motorcycle rental with good price & convenient . Good pool ,sauna . Also have free breakfast ! Room not to big , but very comfort and have anything .

The Villa was amazing, we arrived late at night and we received our welcome drink the next morning. Loved how we had the alcoholic options at 11 am. Service was great, for one early morning the hotel even packed us a breakfast.  Breakfast was across the road, but it wasn’t too far and the food was great in the buffet style Would definitely come back next time

這家酒店的老闆是阿姆斯特丹人，他和他的團隊都非常優秀，熱情專業，讓人賓至如歸。我不得不在這裏留下我的好評，我一定會再來。如果你在這裏看到差評，請不要懷疑老闆，一定是客人的問題。強烈推薦這家酒店！ The owner of this hotel is from Amsterdam, and he and his team are absolutely excellent—professional, friendly, and truly make you feel at home. I have to leave a positive review here, and I will definitely come back. If you see any negative reviews about this place, don’t doubt the owner—it must have been the guest’s issue. Highly recommended!

不得不説這是我覺得性價比很高的一家酒店。從服務來講，這邊的工作人員很熱情有需要的話可以感覺得出來是真的真心希望能解決客人的需求的。比如在大熱天拎着行李得知情況後主動幫我們辦理提前入住，沒有whatsapp也會詢問其他sns方式與客人溝通。進房間也會主動介紹並且告知酒店的服務等。 這家酒店對我們來説衹是作為一個過渡，但是從房間環境，服務，還有衞生來説我們都是很驚喜的。有貼心的梳子，化粧棉棉棒還有浴鹽，以及我非常需要的私隱袋。點外賣的話也會有管家幫忙拿進來，出行也都能看到門口的保安大哥站崗並且熱情詢問我們的出行並提供建議。相較於前幾晚兩千一晚的所謂五星級但是各方面都不行的另外一個酒店相比，這家店我真是很滿意。 下次來峇裏島我還想體驗他們家的villa，因為我覺得這家酒店才是更應該值得入住的地方。 唯一一點希望就是這個房間的空調不是很足，也有可能是房間玻璃太多比較吸熱吧

酒店位置很好，距離finns酒吧2公里之內，店裡的服務員和女老闆都很熱情。我的褲子忘在了酒店。他們也及時ins和我溝通。下次印尼還會來住。

服務稱心，是直接用WhatsApp 溝通，回覆快，安排十分暢順。設施新正，有sauna,swimming pool, ice bath… 唯獨令我覺得未夠好的就係佢提供嘅洗頭水護髮素都係一樣（護髮素都有泡😅）
