The hotel deserves 2 stars. There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the corridors on all floors as well as inside the room. We were accommodated in the second building, which is located across the street from the main one. During the stay we used the hotel wellness area. The area is extremely small and is lacking basic convenience like a change room - for guests, who stay in the second building there is no possibility to change clothes (we were asked to leave clothes on the sunbeds next to the pool) and no fan (this is very important, especially in winter after the sauna, the body is hot, but it was cold outside and one has to go down the street to your room with no bathrobe provided by hotel). The swimming pool and the Jacuzzi were both dirty and unpleasant smell could be felt in all parts of the wellness area. In addition, the refrigerator in the room did not work and is not being connected to electricity by default with the explanation "due to energy saving" I do not recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'espace détente avec la piscine et le sauna est un réel plus. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Je recommande.

La struttura è nuova, ottima pulizia, ma la colazione ricchissima e di alto livello, ci ha davvero sbalorditi Consigliatissimo

Our waitress was really friendly and efficient and the starter was lovely. The problems began when we received our main course. It was cold. We had both ordered the steak medium with chips. I always make a habit of cutting my steak in half, firstly to check how it has been cooked secondly if it gets sent back to ensure it is not reheated and sent out again. It came back really quickly and was smothered in oil and low and behold was the same piece of meat and by now overcooked. I sent it back again with the chips and sauce to be recooked. It came out again cooked well. I had by now finished my wine and had to order another one to have with my meal. The wine measures were very different between glasses. This is advertised as Michelin star however they served a gin and tonic with no ice or lemon and had paper napkins! Very poor show. If I had had a choice of restaurants I would not have gone here. However after an 8 hour drive to get here was not prepared to drive further.

The food in the restaurant was fantastic! The staff were excellent and very attentive. We would recommend to anybody travelling and visiting the area. There is a good choice of wine. Valerie was our waitress and she did a wonderful job. We hope to visit again soon.

This is a very nice Best Western plus hotel. We had room 109 which was rather small but ok for one night. The breakfast was very nice and a good choice. The staff where all very nice and helpful which makes a big difference to your stay.

The hotel is perfect and the staff very friendly and kind. It has good very good amenities for the stay and the breakfast is excellent . The place is very quiet and close to major tourist attractions of the region.

I stayed one night at this hotell. The rooms was nice and clean but the restaurant was terrible. The menu indicated fine dining, and we orderd a 3 course menu with redvine in hope to have a nice evening., The food was not prepared well and the service of the staff was very bad, they seemed to have given up on life. They forgot several of our orders, served us ice cold red wine and bad tasting drinks. We could not even drink our pina colada, and that should be a pretty standard drink. I have never experienced so bad service and food at a restaurant before, and the whole evening was comical.

Lovely hotel which is out of the town of Mulhouse. I stopped here for two nights specifically to visit the Schlumpf Motor Museum. Very clean and nice rooms, with refreshments provided. Restaurant served excellent food. The indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful after a long day on my motorbike. Safe and secure parking behind the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, ordering me a taxi and making sure they gave me details for the return trip.

Tout à l'hôtel était parfait ! Parking, accueil, check-in & out, chambre, équipements, propreté ! Magnifique établissement de style alsacien. L'espace SPA est agréable, la salle de sports trés bien équipée (pensez à huiler le velo elliptique). Le petit-déjeuner est excellent ! Le point faible est le restaurant : plats trop chers pour la qualité. L'entrée du menu découverte était ridiculement petite, pommes grenailles remplacées sans nous en avertir par des frites : bref pas à la hauteur des prestations hôtelières. Je reviendrai avec plaisir mais dînerai à l'extérieur

Hôtel bien situé, très agréable. Le personnel est agréable, la cuisine est de qualité et le petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Seul bémol le service peut être un peu long même en signalant que nous sommes pressés car rendez-vous professionnel après le diner.
