Hotel has good location. Maliit lang ang room. They gave us a two single bed room which i was surprise kase couple nga kame😅 . Did not bother to ask them to change room tutal overnight lang din kame. Not a hotel that you would say na babalikan mo ule. Hopefully they improve more. Mabait naman mga staff. Very friendly and accommodating naman

Perfect location as it is very accessible and near Burnham park. Also, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

Wi-fi is spotty. No bedroom slippers. No decent table in the room. No hot water in the lavatory. When I raised the concern of white sediments present in the faucet water which could be a health concern, I was just asked to just get water from the dispenser. It was not properly checked, and I was not moved to a different room.

Maybe one of the most affordable option in town but the service is not good, rooms look dated even though it’s fairly new, bathroom feels too dark and too small. Almost no view in the rooms unless you get the roadside part pf the hotel, if not, then you will be staring at steel matting panels outside a huge window

I did not go this was supposed to be cancelled two seconds after a accidentally entered it but did go through anyway very inconvenient.

This hotel is a budget hotel for me. It is in the city center but far from the maddening crowd. It is near a lot of eateries. Clean enough. Don't expect amenities as it is designed to spend your quiet nights. Downside is they have guests that can become noisy and bang the door. Bedsheets and towels are old. No drinking glasses inside rooms.

It's a great location and clean but its very basic where it's just a place to sleep at. They only have this very very small folding table to work and eat. Windows leak which is dangerous because the floor ends up slippery. There is no food service at all at this place. Card for elevator doesn't work. Honestly better to stay at Eurotel which is only a block away. Wifi is very slow and unstable

Amenities are not working esp the toilets

The basic things you need for an overnight stay was served well. Location was really good. Hotel attendant are so polite

I have been staying in this hotel since 2017. Travelite Express Hotel was my favorite hotel before due to its proximity to Burnham Park and Session Road. During this period, I cannot complain anything about them. However, the condition of the hotel is now very bad. 1) Power outlets are loose (inside the room and even inside the toilet): I need to put some support for my charging cable just to get power to my cellphone. 2) Water pressure in the toilet: There is an intermittent release the air pressure which can be compared to an erupting volcano. While brushing my teeth or washing my hand, I get wet due to this abrupt burst of pressure. 3) Water stains on the opposite side of the toilet. I hope the management will take a look at this.

Facilities are very basic. You need to ask the Front Desk everytime for assistance when going to your rooms since key cards only work inside the room. Not so far fr Burnham Park. You have to pay ₱100.00 for an extra pillow and ₱50.00 per day for parking fee
