In the apar**ent Ferienwohnung Seerose is extremely rude host. She yelled at me. Highlights from our conversation (what woman representative of the accommodation yelled me): “ It is not my problem, that you didn’t have access to the internet. In which century do we live? We live in the century when everything is “digital””, she yelled. “You should go to hotel where for you will be waiting 24 hours!”, she also yelled Situation: I was on my way to the hotel. I didn’t have internet connection, my phone’s buttery was about 4-3%. I informed the accommodation by sms. My main complainings are: Extremely rude personal who is not able to communicate with guest The woman represantive of the accommodation yelled at me when I called. Conclusion: If you don’t speak russian/german, it is not for you If you don’t like when the person you paid for the service is yelling at you, it’s not for you Long story, described the whole situation: I informed accommodation by sms about my arriving time in English(was stuck on my way to the hotel). The person answered in German. I answered, that I don’t speak German and asked to translate her/his(didn’t know that time who is the person) answer in “translator”. I explained in message, that I don’t have internet and couldn’t check translator or booking. I didn’t receive answer. I was stressed out, because wasn’t sure, that I will be accommodated. When I arrived, I call the number where was written “for English call”. The person told that he is not responsible for anything. And told me the number of the woman, I have already contacted. He told me, that the woman communicates only in German and Russian. I speak Russian, but “what if”? What if I don’t speak Russian and German ? He wasn’t able to answer it and just disconnected. I called her, I was stressed out. She told me that it is not her problem, that I don’t have access to the internet. We live in the century when everything is “digital”, she YELLED. You should go to hotel where for you will be waiting 24 hours. SHE YELLED AT ME! EXTREMELY RUDE! My phone died in the middle of the conversation. Я написала смс-сообщение на номер, указанный в описании жилья на сайте ***********. Предупредила, во сколько буду у забронированного жилья, потому что задерживалась. Коммуникацию вела на английском. В ответ я получила сообщение на немецком. Я написала, что не понимаю немецкий и у меня нет доступа в интернет, попросила перевести с немецкого в переводчике и отправить мне сообщение с деталями размещения. СМС в ответ я не получила. Я была в стрессе, потому что задерживалась, не знала, будет ли кто-то, чтобы отдать мне ключи, у меня не было доступа в интернет и садилась батарея на телефоне. Когда я добралась к дому по адресу, дверь была открыта, в закутке на столе лежал листок с номерами телефонов. Напротив одного номера была пометка eng. Я позвонила. Мужчина ответил, что ничем не может мне помочь, что он не имеет никакого отношения к этому «отелю». Сказал, что сообщит отцу. Я жда

We booked our 1 night stay months in advance and got an immediate confirmation. Payment was only due a couple of weeks before arriving. A week or 2 before the payment was due I got a request from the host to already pay for our stay. Strange that this payment agreement was suddenly changed, but none the less I payed. Then the host mailed me there was no place for us (= host probably received a booking request for more than 1 night and just decided we should go). I contacted *********** and they contacted the host =＞ booking informed me that everything was ok. A couple of days before arriving the host contacted me again and asked me to cancel because he had no place for us. I cancelled because I was not willing to risk arriving with my young kids before a closed door. I asked for my money back off course. Host promised he would return my payment. I had to contact the host several times before I finally (after a couple of weeks) got my money back. The host was very impolite in his communication.
