I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at City Stay Beach Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. I initially booked a king-size bedroom, but upon arrival, I was informed that they were overbooked and that they would "upgrade" me to a room with a balcony, which I did not request. Instead, they gave me a room with two twin beds meant for kids, and this was the only option they claimed to have available at midnight. To make matters worse, early in the morning, heavy-duty drilling works began, disturbing everyone on the floor and causing multiple complaints. Although the drilling eventually stopped after an hour, the damage had been done. When I approached the receptionist to request a cancellation for my next night due to the terrible experience, they adamantly refused, insisting that they were in the right. I requested to speak to the manager, who displayed no empathy and continually lied about the rules being imposed by Dubai management. The manager offered to cancel the night and provide a voucher for a future stay, which I declined, expressing my intention never to return to this hotel. I demanded a full refund for the additional night I had paid for, but the manager persistently refused and repeated the same offer. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this dishonest hotel. The facilities are subpar, the rooms are small and outdated, and the overall quality is far from satisfactory. It's undoubtedly one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Ras Al Khaimah.

The worse hotel I have ever been in UAE. Rooms smell bad, floor is dirty, and you can hear all the noises. Do not recommend this place at all. Also, booked two nights, wanted to leave after the first night and they refused to give back the money. Obviously we left But i really hope my experience serves to make you not book a room here. It really ruined our holidays.

The hotel experience was amazing. They are professional and very accommodating. The rooms are very nice. The restaurant was very good. AKSHAY AND KHALILI from the restaurant was very good. The food was very nice. The pool was very good too.

I had a fantastic stay at City Stay Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah! The hospitality here is top-notch, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is absolutely delicious with something for everyone. For vegetarians, the Aaloo Palak, Roti, and Fried Rice are all flavorful, while the Tomato Soup is perfect for a light start. Non-vegetarians will love the Fried Chicken and the Mutton Biryani, which is absolutely mouth-watering. The overall vibes of the hotel are warm and inviting, and a special mention to Akshayand khalili or chef youshf for their exceptional service. They are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ras Al Khaimah!

Food was very nice and tasty. Especially the Ckn Kadai and . Akshay was very kind & helpful. I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel for two days. Very calm atmosphere. The rooms are very big, neet and tidy. It is close to the hypermarket so we can get anything we need.

We enjoyed everything during our stay . There is peace and calm in the hotel and staff is very friendly . Specially Akshay and receptionist staff is too much good helping . Food is so delicious . Best place to visit . Me and my husband always visit many place but this is the best place with relaxation .

Hotel is very good, staff is very supportive, rooms are bigger and clean, food is fresh and tasty, staff are well behaved I like pools area and beasicaly thanks for sea view restaurant staff akshay and khalil are the friendly staff thank you city stay hospitality happy my family

Very farm and quite place. Peaceful place to spend time with family. Nice pool and food was Very tasty. Very nice staffs (Akshay and Khaleel) from restaurant was very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended for families to spend weekend

One of the best hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. Best room with amazing sea views. Beautiful Swimming Pool with Sea views. Tasty food like Pasta, fish, biryani and desserts. Special thanks to Akshay for making us comfortable by making g extra dishes as per our choice. My Daughter Yashika loved it. 100% I recommend this place.

Nice ambiance and good atmosphere.must visit hotel to stay n enjoy with family.,friendly staff,tasty food and special thanks for Aksjay and Mohamed restaurant staff. Must visit place for view spot n taking pictures .playing area is neat n safety .
