Great location!! Nice room - Luxury 1bed apr**. The breakfast and dinner was Ok. The pool area needs an upgrade and pool beds need changing.

Apartahotel moderno e ben tenuto, in posizione strategica per visitare Agia Napa. Grande e con tutto il necessario. Non ho provato il ristorante, ma aveva un'ampia scelta. Unica pecca, i dispenser di shampoo e sapone in bagno erano vuoti. Tornerei senza dubbio.

The hotel's location is great. It's smack in the middle of all the action, with beaches, restaurants, and the ***** within arm's reach. There are two pools - one with more going on such as music, which tends to be busier, and another which is much more relaxed. The pools were never overcrowded and there were always sunbeds spare throughout the day. The not-so-great part: the staff. "Who can be the least interested in helping guests" seems to be their motto. The people at the front desk seemed more interested in their computer screens than welcoming guests. There was a cricket in our room which was stuck inside the door frame. We could not sleep because of the noise volume of the bug in our room which staff in the morning weren't interested in. Our TUI rep asked them to change our rooms but they denied. We ended up resolving the issue by spraying bug repellent in the door frame. Housekeeping didn't fare much better. Our rooms weren't exactly spotless when we arrived, and our towels weren't changed all week - we had to request this. The rooms were not cleaned and beds were not made all week, despite the description of the hotel saying housekeeping were present every day other than weekends. Our friends were on the balcony, talking, at around 3am one night. The security guards dragged him down to reception after this incident and threatened to throw us all out because of this. They were in the room next to us and we could not hear them on the balcony. For a hotel that hosts a lot of younger people, they are incredibly strict on the 'quiet' rule, despite our party making minimal noise. Our friends went to lunch and their beach towels were removed from their sunbeds. The hotel said they did not have their towels and we never retrieved them. If you can tolerate mediocre service and are all about location, location, location, this place might still be worth it. The rooms were decently comfy, and it's a decent crash pad if you're planning to be out and about most of the time. For the purpose of a friends holiday, the hotel was fine. The cost reflects the value.

As soon as we walked into reception it was obvious we’d booked the wrong accommodation. There were buckets throughout reception to catch the water dripping from the air con. Reception area could definitely do with some kind of welcoming furniture/fixtures as it was very dull and mundane. We arrived around 4pm and the resident “DJ”by the pool was blaring music louder than most clubs in Napa Square. We were told we were in room 128 which is in the furthest corner from reception. We dragged our suitcases though wet/extremely slippery,dirty,hair covered corridors. Had to go through a couple of teenagers having an argument. Arriving at our room you could tell that there’s no love or attention in the rooms and that they’re clearly worried that the teens/early 20s will destroy the rooms. Decor is knackered and please don’t depend on a view from your room. Room is falling apart In regards to the hotel pool…well unless your a teen/early 20s and just want to get drunk,listen to loud blaring music,have a football kicked in your head and look at mountains of food wrappers/used alcohol cups/ cigarette butts I’d avoid this place. I know the “manager” will leave a comment on my post but honestly please clean the place up! Only good thing is the location

The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Immaculate is the best word to describe the condition of the apar**ent. Every corner was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that a lot of care is taken to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a solo retreat, or a relaxing family vacation, this apar**ent is the ideal choice. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning for future visits.

A very good hotel, very well located with welcoming staff! Being on Nissi Avenue allows quick access to all the restaurants on foot or to the nearby beaches. The hotel is very convenient if you want to come to Ayia Napa and have a good time there.

The appar**ents were so clean upgraded to superior on arrival Frosa on the reception was amazing just as all the other staff thank you all for your help . We have had a amazing holiday . Food in the restaurant was a high quantity also the staff were very friendly and always polite . Thank you Julie and Roy xx
