So White Club Resort

This used to be our family's favourite spot on earth... Such a great concept hotel on the best beach in Cyprus. We really do hope the management will find a way to level up the game because it's true that the place seems to be growing in the wild now.

Stay away from this hotel! I checked into So White Club Resort and I was appaled by the state of the hotel and the room. I checked out an hour later and chose to lose €280 than stay here. The jacuzzi was not working at the time we checked in and was dirty. Someone filled it with water while it was dirty and left it. The bedsheets were stained with yellow stains, that according to the staff, would not come off so they left it. AC in reception and restaurant barely work, the leather from pool chairs has come off. The floors throughout the room were full of dirt with yellow sticky stains. There were dead bugs all over the balcony table and chairs. The overall cleanliness was really bad as surfaces were sticky and stained with visible stains. The shower head was full of scale and toilet seat turned yellow. The lock was not working properly and it was falling out. When I went to order a soya late, the person making the coffee laughed at me without explaining anything, indicating that they do not have soya and that it was stupid of me to even ask. The hotel refused to refund us even though *********** has asked the hotel to refund having reviewed the evidence. Instead hotel took the money as they couldn't care less and are greedy and horrible customer service. The whole bad experience left me and my friend very unhappy as it was my birthday and we wanted to have a great time, which we didn't. I guess thank you So White Club Resort for ripping me off on my birthday! I hope karma comes back to you. I had to book another hotel to stay and paid extra. Terrible hotel and terrible business.

Our family's favourite hotel in Cyprus! We've come to stay here 3 or 4 times starting from 2014. Such an amazing concept, unfortunately got a hit during the covid years... We do wish it a quick recovery and lots of business in the upcoming years! Platinum Suite is highly recommended!

Disgusting awful place. Holiday ruined and had to leave and spend more money on a different hotel. If you read these poor reviews and still decide to go, then believe me you’ve been warned. Couldn’t use the pool as it was filthy. See pics

We spent 5 nights and 6 days in this resort… It was a big disappoint for several reasons, I list: About the room: Has very old furnitures, the time ate the white furnitures already. The matress on the bed was dirty also. From the shower, toilet, tap came dirty brown and black water. Most of the times we didn’t have warm water. The cleaner lady took our towel but didn’t bring clean one. The safe didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty. There wasn’t any instructions about how to use the Air conditioner, TV etc. Once we were in the room in the afternoon and somebody who works there opened the door without knocking. At the swimming pool the beds are old and dirty. Outside in the garden we notice a very bad smell around the rooms.

This hotel was so dirty that i was worried to leave my children in it. I was also worried to eat or drink anything from this hotel. Not impressed at all and definitely i would not recommed to anybody. Shower was full of hair, baby cot was dirty and smelly, moled. Very poor service.

This is an honest review.My wife and I stayed at the So Nice Club resort which is part the So WhiteClub resort.When first opened it was right up there as being one of the best resorts in the Makronnisis area.Sadly that is no longer the case.It is a lovely place with beautiful views (if you get the right room) but sad to say no money is being reinvested into the site.There are two lovely pools but with many tiles missing or loose.The restaurant looks more like a cafe with no table cloths plastic cups for your water and very mediocre food.Our room whilst having an excellent view was dirty and poorly cleaned throughout ours stay.The balcony and glass panels were not cleaned once during our 10 day stay and the room not cleaned at all on 3 separate occasions.The fridge looked like it had been pulled out of a skip.The bed linen although clean was yellow looking and the duvet cover was ripped.On the plus side it had a lovely shower and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the beach club bar with it’s music and friendly staff creating a really nice atmosphere.Special thanks to Chris Kyriagos Balou and the beautiful Laura.A special mention to Stefan the DJ from Santorini who was friendly and played some great music.Our thanks also to head receptionist Tijen who was personable friendly and extremely helpful.We would like to return to this place but significant changes would have to take place.Owners please take note.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at So White Hotel. The staff were very friendly and my room was clean and tidy. The location suited me as was right on the beach. I could not fault the food, there was a nice selection. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a great time, the staff was really friendly and kind, they are such a great team. The beach and the water were perfect. Pools are awesome with such a clear water, the garden is very beautiful, the room was very comfortable, the whole place is very stylish. I would love to return.I highly recommend. I'm so thankful that we had opportunity to make late chek out. Once again big thanks to the manager. Kisses and hugs to my new friend Kia.
